Ein paar kurze Ahadith die wir schnell und einfach im Alltag umsetzen können :)
Abu Huraira (r) überliefert, dass der Gesandte Allahs (s) sagte:
"Wer von euch zu einer Versammlung stößt, soll sie grüßen; und
wenn er sie verlässt, soll er sie grüßen, denn die erste
Begrüßung ist nicht besser als die letzte." (Abu Dawud und At-
Tirmidhi) Nach At-Tirmidhi ist dies ein guter Hadith (hasan).
Abu Qatada (r) berichtet, dass der Prophet (s) sagte: "Wer den
Leuten zu trinken gibt, soll als letzter trinken." (At-Tirmidhi) Dies
ist ein guter und gesunder Hadith (hasan sahih).
Ibn Abbas (r) berichtet, dass der Prophet (s) sagte: „Der Segen
kommt auf das Essen von seiner Mitte her (dann breitet er sich
aus); esst also von der Seite her und beginnt nicht von der Mitte
aus zu essen!" (Abu Dawud und At-Tirmidhi)
Abu Said al-Khudri (r) überliefert, dass der Prophet (s) verboten
hat, ins Wasser zu blasen; Da fragte einer: "Auch wenn ich
Schmutz im Gefäß sehe?" Er antwortete: "Gieß es aus!" Er sagte:
"Mein Durst ist mit einem Schluck nicht gelöscht." Er antwortete:
"Dann nimm dazu das Gefäß von deinem Mund." (At-Tirmidhi)
Dies ist ein guter und gesunder Hadith {hasan sahih).

Kuatnya keislaman tergantung bagaimana memahami kalimat LAA ILAAHA ILALLAH
Panjang memang, karena dari apa yang saya baca dari materi-materi syahadat ini, perlu untuk disampaikan tentang betapa besar pengaruh syahadat. Sehingga dengan memberikan gambaran yang cukup jelas, taulah kita betapa pentingnya kalimat tauhid.
Dan kalimat Laa Ilaaha Illallah, yang dengan kalimat itulah Rasulullah menjayakan Islam. Sebagaimana Imam Ibnu Taimiyah rahimahullah mengatakan bahwa: "Kuatnya keislaman seseorang tergantung sungguh kuat akidahnya, dan kuatnya akidah seseorang tergantung sungguh bagaimana seseorang memahami kalimat tauhid LAA ILAHAA ILLALLAH".
Maknanya kalimat tauhid inilah yang membuat akidah seseorang itu kuat, yaitu satu persaksian kalimat ASY-HADU'ALLA ILAAHA ILLALLAH WA'ASY-HADUANNA MUHAMMADAR RASULULLAH. Yang hari ini ma'af-ma'af, kalimat ini hanya sebatas sebuah untaian-untaian dzikir yang tanpa mempunyai pengaruh yang membekas. Sementara dari dua penjelasan yang lalu, saya sengaja menjelaskan pengaruh dari kalimat syahadat, pengaruh kalimat tauhid.
Betapa bedanya Laa Ilaaha Illallah ketika di zaman awal nabi dan para shahabat, dengan Laa Ilaaha Illallah yang diucapkan oleh orang-orang pada hari ini. Sehingga karena kalimat tauhid itu manusia terbagi menjadi dua, masyarakat, umat akan terbagi dua, dan dengan kalimat tauhid itu jelas (antara) kufur dan iman.
Dengan kalimat Laa Ilaaha Illallah itu akan mencabik-cabik hubungan, hubungan darah bisa terputus kalau Laa Ilaaha Illallahnya tidak sama, kalau akidahnya beda. Karena Islam ini dibangun bukan berdasar ikatan darah, tetapi dibangun diatas persamaan akidah, yang akidah itu berdiri di atas kalimat Laa Ilaaha Illallah.
Sehingga karenanya kita dapati, betapa banyak para sahabat yang bapak dan anak, ibu dan anak, suami dan istri, mereka pisah karena kalimat Laa Ilaaha Illallah. Dan kalimat inilah yang memisahkan hubungan. Sehingga yang ada hubungan kedekatan, keterikatan, kecintaan yang dibangun di atas kalimat Laa Ilaaha Illallah, yaitu diatas kecintaan karena Allah. Hanya itu yang ada.
Luar biasa, coba kalau rajin-rajin kita buka sejarah, pasti kita akan mendapati itu. Bagaimana pengaruh kalimat Laa Ilaaha Illallah. Yang ada setelah kalimat Laa Ilaaha Illallah itu ditanamkan, hubungan yang dibangun, kecintaan yang tumbuh diatas kalimat tauhid, cinta karena Allah bukan karena darah.
Maka ada satu hadits yang diriwayatkan oleh Abu Hurairah, dimana Rasulullah SAW bersabda : "Dihari kiamat Allah SWT berfirman: "Dimanakah orang-orang yang saling mencintai karena kebesaranku, aku akan memberikan naungan pada hari ini, yang dimana pada hari ini tidak ada naungan selain dari pada naunganku".(HR. Muslim)
Dihari kiamat dimana manusia dikumpulkan di satu tempat yang bernama padang mahsyar, ini menyangkut perkara yang ghaib, yang wajib kita percayai, adanya hari kebangkitan. Ini rukun iman, wajib kita percaya. Manusia dikumpulkan untuk dihisab, di satu padang. Ketika itu digambarkan dalam hadits Qudsi, ini kita harus yakin, karena ini adalah perkara yang ghaib, akal ini tidak bisa menjangkau, jauh diluar kepala. Manusia dikumpulkan disatu padang, yang ketika itu, dari manusia pertama sampai manusia terakhir berada di tempat itu.
Di gambarkan matahari letaknya sangat dekat, sekarang ini letak matahari jutaan kilo jauhnya dari kita, sedikit panasnya (sudah membuat) kita sudah gerah. Digambarkan matahari letaknya sangat dekat, sampai-sampai semua manusia berkeringat. Ada yang keringatnya sampai mata kaki, ada yang sampai lutut, ada yang sampai perutnya, bahkan ada yang sampai tenggelam oleh keringatnya. Manusia dikumpulkan semua, mereka sudah luar biasa keadaannya, dan sampai-sampai pada saat itu manusia dikumpulkan dalam keadaan telanjang.
Ketika Rasul menyampaikan berita ini kepada istrinya Aisyah, bahwa nanti manusia akan dikumpulkan dalam keadaan telanjang. Aisyah merasa kaget, berteriak seraya bertanya, "Ya Rasul apakah kita dalam keadaan telanjang? Betapa malunya ya Rasulullah, kita sama lain saling melihat.
Kemudian Rasul menjawab, "Ya Aisyah, tidak ada waktu lagi bagi manusia saling memperhatikan aurat orang lain, yang ada ketika itu, orang berpikir dia selamat atau celaka."
Sudak nggak sempat memperhatikan aurat orang lain. Aisyah berteriak karena malu, memang istri nabi ini orangnya sangat pemalu.
Kemudian di dalam hadits lain yang diriwayatkan oleh Umar, Rasulullah SAW bersabda, "Ada sekelompok diantara hamba Allah, yang mereka itu bukan para nabi, bukan juga para syuhada, tetapi nanti pada hari kiamat para nabi dan para syuhada itu akan iri kepada mereka."
Sampai-sampai para nabi dan para syuhada iri, terkagum-kagum, dan sangat berharap ingin mendapatkan kedudukan seperti mereka disisi Allah.
Kemudian para sahabat bertanya: "Ya Rasulullah, beritakan kabarnya siapakah mereka itu?
Kemudian Rasul mengatakan: "Mereka itu adalah orang yang saling mencintai karena Allah, bukan karena pertalian saudara (sedarah) diantara mereka, bukan pula karena harta yang mereka saling perebutkan, tetapi mereka itulah orang-orang yang saling mencintai karena Allah. Demi Allah wajah mereka itu dipenuhi cahaya, dan mereka berada diatas cahaya, orang-orang itu tidak takut disaat orang lain takut, tidak cemas disaat yang lain cemas. (HR. Muslim)
Kemudian Rasul membacakan surat Yunus ayat 62
yang artinya:
"Ingatlah, Sesungguhnya wali-wali Allah itu, tidak ada kekhawatiran terhadap mereka dan tidak (pula) mereka bersedih hati."
Ternyata yang dimaksud oleh hadits diatas adalah wali-wali Allah, penolong-penolong agama Allah, yang tidak pernah bertemu Rasul, tidak pernah melihat Rasul, dan mereka saling kasih mengasihi, saling sayang-menyayangi, saling mencintai bukan karena uang, bukan karena saudara, bukan karena jabatan, bukan karena ikatan saudara diantara mereka.
Tetapi mereka bertemu karena Allah, berpisah karena Allah, berbuatnya karena Allah, saling berkasih sayang karena Allah dan mereka membela agama Allah, siapa mereka? Mereka itu adalah wali-wali Allah.
Kita ini bisa jadi wali-wali Allah, kalau kita mau membela agama Allah, ikhlas karena Allah. Kita juga bisa jadi wali Allah.
Bukan wali Allah itu seperti yang digambarkan orang-orang saat ini, pake jubah putih, jenggotnya panjang, bisa jalan diatas air. Ada juga yang menyatakan wali Allah itu bisa terbang, shalatnya di Makkah, kalau bisa terbang kecoak juga bisa.
Para Nabi, shahabat, syuhada, iri terhadap kedudukan mereka. Ternyata mereka itu wali-walinya Allah, pembela-pembela, penolong-penolong agama Alah, dan mereka berada di dalam jaminan Allah. Apa itu jaminannya?
Tidak ada ketakutan kepada mereka dan mereka tidak pula bersedih hati, di dunia lebih-lebih di akhirat.
Tinggal kita pilih, mau jadi wali Allah atau wali syaitan, penolong agama Allah atau penolong syaitan. Kalau penolong syaitan nanti akan ketemu syaitan di akhirat (yakni neraka). Kalau jadi penolong agama Allah, insya Allah nanti akan melihat wajah Allah. Tapi kalau jadi penolong syaitan, nanti di neraka akan bertemu dengan syetan.
Itu sebagian gambaran, betapa luar biasanya pengaruh kalimat tauhid Laa Ilaaha Illallah. Maka oleh karena itu saya memberikan pengantar ini, mudah-mudahan dengan ini ada gambaran begitu hebatnya kalimat Laa Ilaaha Illallah.
Yang akan kita bicarakan nanti adalah fungsi dan pengaruh dan kalimat Laa Ilaaha Illallah, rukun syahadat, syarat syahadat, dan pembatal syahadat.
Seperti itulah kalimat tauhid, mempunyai pengaruh yang cukup sekali dibaca langsung merubah keadaan. Hari ini kalimat tauhid ini di dzikirkan beribu-ribu kali dengan goyangan kepala yang luar biasa, tetapi tidak ada pengaruh, karena mereka nggak tau apa itu kalimat Laa Ilaaha Illallah.
Inilah pintarnya orang-orang kafir dalam rangka menipu orang Islam. Ini saya bukan mengada-ngada, coba saja cek di sekolah-sekolah, mulai dari sekolah dasar sampai perguruan tinggi, ada nggak diajarkan kalimat tauhid, apa itu Laa Ilaaha Illallah, coba carikan, pasti nggak ada.
Maka pantas Islam itu seperti hari ini, padahal itu merupakan suatu kekuatan akidah. Dan ketika ada orang yang mulai kembali menghidupkan akidah yang benar "bahaya itu, bahaya" kata setan". Ini bukan mengada-ngada, setan-setan pasti pada takut. Setan ketakutan, setan kepala botak, setan gondrong, takut semua. Bahaya (menurut mereka), kalau orang-orang sudah pada mulai tau tauhid.
Makanya tauhid selama ini tidak diajarkan, kalau shalat itu sangat detail sekali, ada rukun shalat, syarat sahnya shalat, pembatal shalat. Tetapi syahadat, tau artinya tiada tuhan selain Allah mulai dari TK sampai tua tidak berubah-berubah, padahal Allah itu bukan tuhan tetapi robb, illah.
Adapun fungsi syahadat ialah:
1. Pembeda antara iman dan kafir
Ketika Bilal itu bersyahadat, Bilal dia awalnya adalah orang yang hina, dia menjadi budak dan dijual berapapun oleh tuannya dia tidak berdaya. Tetapi ketika bilal itu bersyahadat, karena pengaruh Laa Ilaaha Illallah, orang yang tadinya tertunduk dan ditindas batu, begitu mendengar kalimat Laa Ilaaha Illallah dia angkat mukanya didepan tuannya.
Dan orang sekarang ini ribuan kali mengucap kalimat Laa Ilaaha Illallah, sama setan saja takut, mau ikut pengajian saja takut, gimana ini, kayak nggak mati saja. Dikira mati karena pengajian, dikira mati karena Islam, "bukan", nggak berislam dengan baik, nggak ikut pengajian, pasti mati juga, malah lebih sengsara.
Tidak usah takut, karena kita ini bersama Allah, kematian itu satu kepastian, ngaji nggak ngaji, berislam baik atau buruk, pasti mati juga. Karena kita tidak bisa lari dari kematian, tinggal pilih pake akal sehat, mau mati diatas Islam yang benar, dalam keadaan Islam, ingin belajar terus, atau mau mati dengan sekedar-kedarnya Islam.
Apa sih perintahnya Allah kepada kita? "Hai orang-orang yang beriman bertakwalah kepada Allah dengan sebenar-benarnya takwa".
Didalam ayat ini Allah memerintahkan untuk bertakwa dengan sebenar-benarnya takwa, tetapi yang ada sekarang ini adalah sekedar-kedarnya takwa.
Disuruh sebenar-benarnya takwa, tetapi hari ini orang lebih memilih sekedar-kedarnya takwa. Giliran Islam disuruh yang sedang-sedang saja, cari istri maunya paling cantik, cari uang maunya paling banyak, bangun rumah maunya paling indah. Tetapi giliran berislam maunya yang sedang-sedang saja, manusia macam apa ini??
Inilah kenyataan yang ada pada hari ini. Yang dipilih oleh orang Islam sekarang ini adalah aliran yang sedang-sedang saja, giliran dunia tidak ada istirahat untuk mencarinya, tetapi giliran akhirat, yang ada, yang sedang-sedang saja, manusia macam apa ini?? Ini tidak adil.
2. Syarat mutlak masuk jannah
Orang mau masuk Islam, pintunya harus melalui syahadat. Nggak sah orang dari kafir dia langsung shalat, ya batal nggak diterima, pintunya harus melalui syahadat. Maka ulama mengatakan fungsi syahadat ialah syarat mutlak masuk jannah.
Jika orang bersyahadat ikhlas karena Allah, dia paham apa itu Laa Ilaaha Illallah, dan kemudian diamalkan, Insya Allah ada jaminan masuk syurga, selama tidak berbuat syirik kepada Allah.
Sebagaimana Rasul bersabda: "Ada dua hal yang mewajibkan: (1). Siapa yang mati dalam keadaan syirik kepada Allah, wajib masuk neraka, (2). Siapa yang mati dalam keadaan tidak menserikatkan Allah, maka wajib masuk syurga".

Tja, da rief er nun, laut und schallend, nervend und ätzend, spuckend und geifernd, und niemand kam, verwaisen die Bretter, die ihm die Welt bedeuten, ja immer mehr und Ratlosigkeit macht sich breit, scheint sein Stern ja im extremistischen Ozean versunken zu sein und zwar für immer.
Schuld daran tragen natürlich immer die anderen und diesmal ist die CDU in Münster der Buhmann, sprach ein Josef Rickfelder ja aus, was sich die meisten Menschen in diesem Lande denken:

Der Münster CDU Politiker Rickfelder soll laut Westfälische Nachrichten vom 28.11. 2013 es "schwer erträglich" finden, dass der deutsche Bürger Pierre Vogel sein Recht auf Demonstrationsfreiheit in Anspruch nimmt und das, obwohl erst im September 2013 zwei hessische Gerichte die Stadt Frankfurt in Sachen Meinungs- und Versammlungsfreiheit bezüglich einer Pierre Vogel Kundgebung belehrt haben.
DAWA-NEWS berichtete darüber: Deutschland versteht sich als Rechtsstaat!
Der CDU Politiker Rickfelder soll nun anlässlich einer Kundgebung von Muslimen in Münster am 28.11.2013 gesagt haben, "Pierre Vogel möchte die demokratische Grundordnung abschaffen" und daher wäre es "schwer erträglich, dass Vogel das Grundrecht auf Demonstrationsfreiheit in Anspruch nimmt".
Dass es sich hier um eine vollkommen lächerliche und absurde These und nichts weiter als Volksverdummung handelt, sollte eigentlich jeder selbständig denkende Mensch erkennen können. Davon abgesehen gibt es keinerlei Anzeichen, dass Pierre Vogel derartige Ziele verfolgt: Jeder kann sich im Internet – auf seiner Homepage oder auf YouTube – davon selbst überzeugen.
Politiker spielen hier nicht nur mit den Ängsten und Vorurteilen der Bürger, sondern sie wollen auch noch explizit verhindern, dass sich die Menschen selbst ein Bild machen und informieren:
Die CDU Münster und der Kreisverband der Grünen rufen dazu auf, die Kundgebung von Pierre Vogel zu meiden.
Wir fragen wieder – wie auch schon im Fall von Boris Rhein, der ebenfalls die absurdesten Behauptungen über praktizierende Muslime aufstellt:

Pierre Vogel fordert stets von den Jugendlichen, nicht krminell zu werden; er macht Vorträge gegen Terrorismus, Gewalt, Zwangsheirat und Ehrenmord.
Obwohl er, andere muslimische Prediger und praktizierende Muslime (als Salafisten betitelt und stigmatiert) es als ihre Pflicht ansehen, sich an die Gesetze dieses Landes zu halten, will man ihnen ihre Grundrechte absprechen!?
Diese Propaganda gegen Pierre Vogel und praktizierende Muslime ist in der Tat schwer erträglich geworden!!!
Und Deutschland entwickelt sich weiter in eine gefährliche Richtung: Wehret den Anfängen!"(Quelle: Dawa-News)
Vor allem der letzte Satz ist mir ein Rätsel, so wehret unsereins doch den Anfängen, wollen wir ja keine Faschisten und Leuteschinder - weder braune, noch salafistische, noch andere, und gefährlich wäre es nur, wenn man diese nicht im Keim ersticken würde, schwimmt der verständliche Wunsch nach einem friedvollen Miteinander ja sonst den Extremisten-Bach hinunter.
Nun ists aber mittlerweile ohnehin egal, was man auf Dawa-News so schreibt, sind ja auch dort die Groupies fast ausgestorben und einzig 4 (in Worten: Vier) Kommentare verirren sich unter dem Göckeschen Geschwurbel, wobei ich mich frage, ob man sich nicht selber zuprostet, auf dass da zumindest irgendwas steht. Ja, man ist wirklich am Kaftanhintern und nichtmal die Bettelei funktioniert mehr richtig, hat ja nun auch der Vorletzte schon mitbekommen, dass seine Kohle ab und an ins Predigertäschlein fließt:

Schön ist es dem Vogel beim freien Fall zuzusehen und ich freue mich schon auf den Platscher wenn er in der bösen Realität aufschlägt. Nein, die salafistische Gefahr ist natürlich noch lange nicht gebannt, aber dieser Vogel, der ist predigertechnisch tot. Er ist abgeritten zu seinen geistigen Ahnen nach Saudi Arabien.

Maschallah, schön, daß doch so viele gekommen sind.
In der münsterschen Zeitung wird Pierre Vogel in der Chronologie des Gauck-Besuchs totgeschwiegen.
Warum durfte Abu Hamsa nicht an der Podiumsdiskussion teilnehmen?
Statt richtige Muslime zu hören, waren auf dem Podium der Religionssoziologe Detlef Pollack und die Theologen Jutta Sperber und Jokannes Schnocks.
Und weil der Staat so schön "neutral" ist, wurde die Diskussion von Norbert Robers, dem Gauck-Biographen geleitet.
Sie diskutierten (ohne Muslime) über die Rolle der Muslime in unserer Gesellschaft.
Khorchide hob in diesem Zusammenhang die Bedeutung von Gaucks Besuch hervor, und meinte das sei für die Muslime ein positives Signal.
Aha. wieder was dazugelernt.

Gepriesen sei Allah, der das Verborgene kennt. Wer weiß wozu all das Hin und Her gut ist?
Ischallah wird dadurch unser Bewußtsein wachgerüttelt und der Islam gestärkt.
Ich danke Allah swt, dafür dass Pierre Vogel unter uns lebt. Er bringt es am besten auf den Punkt.

Ich kann nicht anders, als seine fadenscheinigen Aussagen mit Daumen runter zu bewerten.

Imam as-Sadiq (a.) sagte über den Freitag:
"Die Sonne geht an keinem besseren Tag auf, als am Freitag. Wenn sich die Vögel des Himmels an diesem Tag treffen, sprechen sie: Friede, Friede, was für ein guter Tag!"
In diesem Sinne allen einen segensreichen und friedvollen Tag!

2013-11-29 A word of thanks left for Shinhwa Changjos (from Dawa Music) Up till the sale of Shinhwa's orange edition (aka OE) on 28 November, we were confident that our servers will definitely not be downed. Our country's top total solution company, Make Shop's position!! Unlike others, each server doesn't just handle 10s to 100s, and for this OE crisis, we've specially leased the whole server prior, but our belief that "There'll definitely be no such thing as a server down on Dawa Music this time round!" was destroyed within seconds by Shinhwa Changjo-nims. Make Shop said…the amount of traffic that can be handled per second was being exceeded mercilessly T.T They simply cannot handle it anymore T.T (Joke 0%) We raise both our hands and feet to Shinhwa Changjo's power. We apologise for the arrogance and impudence of Dawa Music's administrator. On top of that, excluding the time the server was down, the actual time in which OE was sold out didn't exceed 30minutes. OE sold out in 30minutes!!! On top of that, even the honour of trending at number 1 on Naver… And the news were all peppered with the OE crisis… This is our 25th year in selling music albums, and not just Make Shop, I myself is still dazed at today's situation. Sheikh Mohammad Al-Arifi bricht in tränen aus wegen einem Marokkanischem Mujahid
Eine Schwester aus London schrieb in einem Brief an Sheikh Mohammad Al-Arifi und fragte: warum meiden es die Mujahidin eine Schwester aus Europa zu Heiraten lieben sie uns den nicht oder akzeptieren sie uns nicht? Der Sheikh hatte zu nächst keine antwort darauf. Er reiste nach einigen tagen nach Jordanien ins Flüchtlingslager Zatari um die Flüchtlinge zu besuchen dort sprach er: Ich hielt eine predigt während einige Brüder Kleidungen verteilten ich sah auf der rechten Seite drei junge Männer einer von ihnen mit einem starren angst einflüsternden blick er war erstaunlich groß und gebaut sie nahmen nichts an und wusste dadurch das dies Kämpfer seien ich ging zu ihnen und begrüßte sie und kam so ins Gespräch mit ihnen. Es stellte sich heraus das zwei von ihnen aus Deutschland sind mit arabischer Abstammung aus Marokko der dritte stamm aus Syrien ab. Sie rochen sehr stark nach Misk und bei jeder Bewegung von ihnen nahm ich den Duft mehr wahr. Er stellte ihnen die frage der Schwester und einer der arabischsprachigen aus Deutschland antwortete: Oh Sheikh bei Allah dem Erhabenen wir machen keinen unterschied zwischen ihnen woher sie kommen noch meiden wir sie, bei Allah wir lieben sie genauso wie wir unsere Geschwister hier lieben aber Oh Sheikh welche Frau wird es ertragen das ihr Mann täglich mit wunden und Narben heim kehrt oder erst gar nicht zurück kann ? wir haben doch nichts was wir Allah geben könnten außer unsere Anstrengungen nach seinem Wohlgefallen den selbst unser Leben ist von Ihm wir verbringen den tag im Kampf und die Nacht weinend im Gebet! welche Frau wird es ertragen das wir voller Narben, Wunden und Kummer weinend wie Kinder unsere Nächte im gebet verbringen, wo sie es doch sehen und hören? Nicht wir meiden sie Oh Sheikh sondern sie meiden uns aber dennoch lieben wir sie und verteidigen sie. Der Sheikh strömte in tränen aus und es verschlag ihm die Sprache und sprach Dua für sie und fügte hinzu und das war ein Mujahid im alter von nicht einmal Mitte zwanzig ..

Al-Dschabbâr (Der Allgewaltige) heilt das gebrochene Herz
Auf unserer Reise zur Erlangung von Seelenruhe erkundeten wir, was wir wissen müssen, wenn wir uns schwierigen Situationen gegenübersehen. Wir werden geprüft, diese Prüfungen finden aus einem Grund statt und es wird, so Allâh will, entlastende Hilfe geben. Wenn wir beim Nachdenken über die Zukunft beunruhigt sind, dann müssen wir hart arbeiten und volles Vertrauen in Allâh setzen, dass Er uns nicht verlassen wird. Und wir müssen immer Gutes von Allâh denken, da wir dies vorfinden werden.
Doch unter gewissen Umständen fühlen wir uns einfach zerrissen. Vielleicht mag es der Tod eines Nahestehenden sein, vielleicht ein verletzendes Wort oder vielleicht ein Grund, den wir nicht genau bestimmen können. Doch dieses Gefühl der Zerrissenheit kann eine Einladung dazu sein, Al-Dschabbâr besser kennen zu lernen.
Aber ist nicht Al-Dschabbâr einer der Namen, die Majestät und Stärke, aber nicht Barmherzigkeit und Schönheit bezeichnen?
Die Wortwurzel von Al-Dschabbâr ist Dscha-ba-ra und besitzt eine Vielzahl von Bedeutungen, die Allâhs Stärke und Erhabenheit bezeichnen. Eine der Hauptbedeutungen dieses Namens ist „Derjenige, Der erzwingt und zurückgibt" und zeigt Allâhs Majestät und Stärke über Seine anbetend Dienenden. Dies ist ein Name, dessen sich die Tyrannen und Unterdrücker bewusst werden sollten, da ihre Missetaten nicht unbestraft bleiben werden.
Allerdings hat dieser Name eine weitere Dimension: Al-Dschabbâr ist „Derjenige, Der das Zerbrochene wiederherstellen und reparieren kann". Einige große Gelehrte sagten in ihren Bittgebeten, wenn sie erdrückenden Schwierigkeiten begegneten: „Yâ Dschâbir kull kasîr (O Wiederhersteller alles Zerbrochenen)!" Das arabische Wort für eine Gipsschiene, die beim Verheilen eines gebrochenen Armes hilft, ist „Dschibîra" von derselben Wortwurzel Dscha-ba-ra. Deshalb müssen wir, wenn wir uns zerrissen fühlen, zum Einzigen gehen, Der unseren Zustand verbessern kann – Al-Dschabbâr. Manchmal, wenn wir dieses Zerrissenheitsgefühl bekommen, flüstert uns der Satan ein, uns nicht an Allâh zu wenden, da wir heuchlerisch seien, falls wir uns nur an Allâh wenden, wenn wir deprimiert sind. Dies ist jedoch falsch – Allâh hat Sich Selbst Al-Dschabbâr genannt und Sich diese Eigenschaft gegeben; man kann sich nicht an Denjenigen wenden, Dessen Eigenschaft das Reparieren von Zerbrochenem ist, ohne von Ihm geheilt zu werden.
Der Prophet möge Allah ihn in Ehren halten und ihm Wohlergehen schenken ist ein schönes Beispiel. Stell dir vor, du wärest 50 Jahre alt und hättest soeben deine Ehefrau, mit der du 25 Jahre verheiratet warst, und deinen Onkel verloren, der sich, als du ein Kind warst, um dich gekümmert hat! Stell dir vor, du läufst zu einem Ort und bittest die Leute um Schutz, stattdessen bewerfen sie dich mit Steinen, bis deine Füße bluten! Wie würdest du dich fühlen? Wie sehr wärest du sowohl spirituell als auch physisch erschöpft? Und dennoch rief der Prophet möge Allah ihn in Ehren halten und ihm Wohlergehen schenken Allâh in einer der schönsten und herzergreifendsten Bittgebete an:
„O Allâh! Bei Dir allein klage ich über meine Schwäche, meine Knappheit an Mitteln und über die Demütigung, der ich durch die Menschen ausgesetzt wurde. O Barmherzigster der Barmherzigen! Du bist der Herr der Schwachen, und Du bist auch mein Herr.
Wem hast Du mich anvertraut? Einer entfernten Person, die mich mit Feindseligkeit empfängt? Oder einem Feind, dem du Macht über meine Angelegenheit gewährt hast?
Doch solange Du nicht böse auf mich bist, interessiert mich nichts, außer dass Deine Gunst eine größere Erleichterung für mich ist. Ich ersuche Zuflucht im Lichte Deines Angesichts, mit dem alle Dunkelheit vertrieben und jede Angelegenheit des Diesseits und des Jenseits richtiggestellt wird, aus Furcht, dass Dein Ärger oder Deine Unzufriedenheit auf mich herabkommt.
Dir gehört das Recht zu tadeln, bis Du zufrieden bist. Es gibt keine Macht und keine Kraft außer durch Dich."
Lies diese Worte sorgfältig! Das Bittgebet des Propheten möge Allah ihn in Ehren halten und ihm Wohlergehen schenken war nicht „O Allâh, bitte gib mir dies und jenes!" Es war buchstäblich der Ruf eines Zerrissenen, der bei Allâh über seine Lage klagt und Allâh darstellt, wie er sich fühlt. Was gab ihm Allâh? Ein kleiner Junge namens Abbâs sah den Propheten möge Allah ihn in Ehren halten und ihm Wohlergehen schenken, kam mit ein paar Trauben zu ihm und küsste seine blutenden Füße. Das ist Al-Dschabbâr. Stell dir vor, wie sich der Prophet danach gefühlt haben muss! Die Erleichterung, die er nach der Grausamkeit, der er ausgesetzt gewesen war, verspürt haben muss! Und Al-Dschabbâr heilte das gebrochene Herz des Propheten möge Allah ihn in Ehren halten und ihm Wohlergehen schenken auf eine weitere Art: Er gewährte ihm in einer einzigen Nacht die Nachtreise von Makka nach Jerusalem und von dort den Aufstieg in die Himmel.
Wenn wir über diese Reise nachdenken, so bewirkte sie weder einen großen Sieg noch half sie dabei, die Quraisch davon zu überzeugen, dass er ein Prophet war. Vielmehr ehrte Allâh ihn, nach all dem Leid, das er durchgemacht hatte. Denk an die Entschlossenheit, die der Prophet möge Allah ihn in Ehren halten und ihm Wohlergehen schenken nach einer derartigen Erfahrung in seinem Herzen besessen, und an die Seelenruhe, die er verspürt haben muss!
Deshalb sollten wir uns immer an diesen gesegneten Namen „Al-Dschabbâr" erinnern. Allâh wird dein gebrochenes Herz heilen. Vielleicht durch ein nettes Wort von jemandem, das deinen Tag erhellt, vielleicht durch ein Gespräch, dem du beiwohnst oder vielleicht sogar durch etwas Großartigeres. Bitte einfach Allâh, so wie es der Prophet möge Allah ihn in Ehren halten und ihm Wohlergehen schenken tat! Versteh diese Eigenschaft und wisse, dass Er diesen Namen in deinem Leben manifestieren wird!

Le paiement à échéances
Définition
C'est un paiement qui est effectué en différentes parties, à des dates déterminées et donc le prix total des différents paiements est plus élevé que s'il avait été effectué en une seule fois au moment de la vente.
Une telle vente est-elle légale ? Les savants de l'Islam ont deux options :
1 - La première option, qui est celle de nombreux savants des écoles de jurisprudence hanafite, hanbalite, malikite et shaféite, va dans le sens de sa licéité. Leur argumentation est basée sur les preuves suivantes :
A - « Ceux qui mangent [pratiquent] de l'intérêt usuraire ne se tiennent (au Jour du Jugement dernier) que comme se tient celui que le toucher de Satan a bouleversé. Cela, parce qu'ils disent : " Le commerce est tout à fait comme l'intérêt" Alors qu'Allah a rendu licite le commerce, et illicite l'intérêt. Celui, donc, qui cesse dès que lui est venue une exhortation de son Seigneur, peut conserver ce qu'il a acquis auparavant ; et son affaire dépend d'Allah. Mais quiconque récidive... alors les voilà, les gens du Feu ! Ils y demeureront éternellement. » (Coran 2/275) et « … Mais s'il s'agit d'une marchandise présente que vous négociez entre vous : dans ce cas, il n'y a pas de péché à ne pas l'écrire… » (Coran 2/282)
B – Certains hadiths montrent la licéité d'une telle transaction. Par exemple, le Prophète () a ordonné à 'Amr bin al-'Âs, puisse Allah l'agrée, d'équiper une armée, ce dernier acheta des chameaux le double de leur prix à cause de l'étalement des paiements (al-Hâkim et al-Bayhaqi).
C – En Islam les transactions sont par principe autorisées si le vendeur et l'acheteur sont tous deux consentants, l'exception est donc la non permissibilité qui doit être spécifiée par un texte issue de la Charia. Comme il n'existe pas de preuve sur ce genre de vente est illicite, celui qui clame le contraire doit être en mesure de fournir une preuve.
2 – La seconde opinion, celle des Imams Zayn al-'Âbidîn 'Ali bin al-Husayn et al-Jasâs de l'école hanafite et de bien d'autres, est que l'augmentation du prix final en cas d'échelonnement du paiement revient à augmenter une dette en échange d'un retard de paiement. Leurs preuves sont les suivantes :
A – Le verset coranique dans lequel Allah dit (sens du verset) : « Alors qu'Allah a rendu licite le commerce, et illicite l'intérêt. » (Coran 2/275), signifie pour eux que l'augmentation du prix en échange d'un retard dans le paiement est interdit car il revient à du riba (intérêt usuraire).
B – Le Prophète () a interdit l'ajout de conditions étrangères à la vente ou de rassembler deux ventes dans une vente.
C – Il existe une analogie entre ce type de vente et celle où l'acheteur voit une partie de sa dette effacée s'il paie avant l'échéance. Ce qui revient à dire que le temps a une compensation, et ceci est concrètement du riba.
D – L'augmentation du prix dû au paiement différé est une augmentation qui n'a pas de compensation, c'est-à-dire que rien n'est donné en échange, ce qui est du riba, qui par définition, est une augmentation du prix en échange de rien.
La majorité des savants ont réfuté les preuves mentionnées par ceux qui font de cette vente un acte interdit pour les raisons suivantes :
A- Dire que ce type de vente revient à pratiquer le riba car le prix est augmenté est incorrect. Le Prophète () a déterminé ce qu'était le riba et détaillé ses formes, certains savants se sont limités aux cas évoqués quant à d'autres ils en ont rajouté d'autres en pensant qu'ils étaient assimilables aux premiers. Ces cas sont, quoi qu'il en soit, objet de divergence parmi les savants. Le cas qui nous intéresse ne peut leur être assimilé car il n'entre pas dans le cadre de ceux mentionnés par le Prophète () et de ceux qui leur furent annexés, il s'agit d'une vente dans laquelle le type de marchandise et l'évaluation des prix ont varié.
B – Dire que d'augmenter un prix revient à du riba est aussi réfuté car la plupart des ventes inclue une augmentation du prix. Le verset coranique mentionné (Coran 2/275) indique le caractère illégal du riba, le Prophète () quant à lui en a énuméré les différentes formes qui sont au nombre de 6. Le paiement par échanges n'en fait pas partie et la majorité des savants ne l'ont pas inclus dans cette liste.
C- Prendre pour preuve le hadith qui interdit d'inclure deux ventes dans une vente, ne peut être considéré comme un argument valable, car les ventes interdites mentionnées dans ce hadith sont celles où le prix ou la marchandise ne sont pas spécifiés ce qui n'est pas le cas de la vente par échéances.
En conclusion, l'opinion la plus juste est celle adoptée par la majorité des savants, celle qui autorise ce type de vente. Les preuves avancées pour la soutenir sont les plus fortes et celles apportées pour contre argumenter la seconde opinion ne laissent aucun doute. Le fait que ce type de vente est de l'intérêt général des musulmans, aussi bien le vendeur que l'acheteur, abonde dans ce sens.
Deux fatwas en rapport avec le sujet
Question 1 : Quelle est la règle islamique concernant l'augmentation du prix d'un bien lorsque le paiement est effectué à échéances ?
Réponse : Le paiement à échéances fait partie des formes de contrat commercial autorisée si les conditions incluses sont légales, que le montant et que la date des paiements sont mentionnés car Allah a dit (sens du verset) : « Ô les croyants! Quand vous contractez une dette à échéance déterminée, mettez-la en écrit; et qu'un scribe l'écrive, entre vous, en toute justice; un scribe n'a pas à refuser d'écrire selon ce qu'Allah lui a enseigné; qu'il écrive donc, et que dicte le débiteur : qu'il craigne Allah son Seigneur, et se garde d'en rien diminuer. » (Coran 2/282). Le hadith suivant va aussi dans le sens de sa licéité : « Celui qui a prêté quelque chose, qu'il prête dans une mesure connue, ou un poids connu, et pour une durée déterminée. »
Un argument de plus est l'histoire de Barira, puisse Allah l'agréée, qui s'affranchit elle-même de son maitre en échange de neuf uqiyât (le pluriel du mot uqiya, qui représentait l'équivalent de 360 Dirhams), en payant un uqiya par an. Ceci est bien un paiement à échéances et le Prophète () ne la pas interdit et il l'a même approuvé.
(Cheikh Ibn Baz).
Ce récit indique clairement que le paiement par échéance est permis.
Même si les textes disent qu'il est permis de retarder le paiement, il n'y a aucun texte qui stipule explicitement qu'il est permis d'augmenter le prix en retour pour le retard. Par conséquent, les savants ont divergé concernant ce point. Certains l'ont interdit, en l'assimilant à du riba. Ils avancent le fait que l'augmentation du prix est la composition du retard dans le paiement, ce qui est du riba. D'autres l'ont autorisé, ils représentent la majorité des savants, incluant les quatre Imans. Les commentaires des quatre Imans des écoles de fiqh (la jurisprudence musulmane) sont les suivants :
- L'école hanafite : « Le prix peut être augmenté en échange d'un paiement retardé », [Badâ'i' al-Sanâ'i', 5/187].
- L'école malikite : « Lorsque du temps est accordé pour le paiement le prix peut être augmenté », [Bidâyat al-Mudjtahid, 2/108].
- L'école shaféite : « 5 cash est équivalent à 6 par échéance », [Al-Wajîz d'al-Ghazâlî, 1/85].
- L'école hanbalite : « Un délai accordé augmente le prix» [Fatâwa Ibn Taymiyya, 29/499].
Question 2 : Un homme vivant aux Etats-Unis demande si le paiement d'une voiture par échéances incluant une augmentation du prix par rapport à un paiement cash est autorisé ? Ces frais augmentent lorsque l'acheteur ne paie pas à échéance due.
Réponse : La vente de voiture ou de tout autre produit par échéance est autorisée si le prix et la date auxquels doivent se faire les paiements sont connus et si le prix n'augmente pas si le paiement est retardé, Allah dit dans le Noble Coran (sens du verset) : « Ô les croyants! Quand vous contractez une dette à échéance déterminée, mettez-la en écrit… » (Coran 2/282). Mais si le prix augmente lorsque l'acheteur ne paie pas à échéance due, et c'est ce que nous comprenons de la question, alors ce type de vente est interdit car il n'est autre que du riba, ce qui est explicitement interdit par le Noble Coran.

Wiping over the Khuffs
Islam is a religion of easiness and simplicity, not difficulty and strictness; it decrees suitable rulings for each case, which ensure fulfilling legal purposes and duties with no difficulty.
This applies to the rulings on ablution decreed by Almighty Allah. To illustrate, sometimes there is something covering the organs washed during ablution which is hard to remove and maybe needed as a means of protection, either for the feet, such as khuffs (leather socks, shoes or the like), or for the head (such as turbans and the like), or for protecting wounds or the like such as splints, bandages, etc. It is deemed permissible for the one performing ablution to just wipe over such coverings instead of removing them and washing what is underneath. This is the easiness made by Almighty Allah for His servants, relieving them from difficulty and strictness.
As for the permissibility of wiping over the Khuffs (and their likes, such as socks) during ablution, instead of removing them and washing underneath, it is stated in many Mutawatir (continuously recurrent) Saheeh Hadeeths (authentic narrations) that the Prophet ( sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention )) used to wipe over them whether at home or on journey; he ( sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention )) enjoined doing the same.
As regards the legal proofs of the permissibility of wiping over the Khuffs, Al-Hasan may Allaah have mercy upon him said, "I was told by seventy of the Companions of Allah's Messenger ( sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention )) that he used to wipe over his Khuffs (with his wet hands during ablution)." Moreover, Imam An-Nawawi may Allaah have mercy upon him said, "The permissibility of wiping over the Khuffs was reported by innumerable Companions." Imam Ahmad may Allaah have mercy upon him also said, "There is not a shadow of doubt in my mind concerning the legality of wiping over the Khuffs, as there are forty Hadeeths of the Prophet ( sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention )) indicating its permissibility. In addition, Ibnul-Mubarak may Allaah have mercy upon him and others stated that there was no disagreement among the Companions concerning the permissibility of wiping over the Khuffs during ablution. Likewise, Ibn Al-Munthir may Allaah have mercy upon him and others reported the scholars' consensus on the permissibility of such an act during ablution. In addition, the adherents of the Sunnah (Prophetic tradition) and Muslim Community unanimously agree on its permissibility, unlike those innovators in religion who do not deem it permissible.
Wiping over the Khuffs during ablution
This act is permitted and observing it is better than taking off the Khuffs and washing the feet, as the former is a sign of making use of the legal permission made by Allah, the Almighty, following the example of the Prophet ( sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention )), and contradicting the religious innovators. Wiping over the Khuffs is a spiritual removal of the impurities underneath. Also, the Prophet ( sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention )) never changed the condition of his feet to perform ablution; if he ( sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention )) was wearing two Khuffs, he used to wipe over them, and if not, he used to wash his feet. Therefore, it is impermissible to put on Khuffs just before ablution in order to wipe over them while performing ablution.
The duration of the validity of wiping over the Khuffs without taking them off
It is permissible for a resident (i.e. not a traveler) to keep wearing Khuffs and wipe over them during ablution for a period of one day and night. As for a traveler whose journey legally allows shortening prayer (i.e. when the destination is far enough), the period of permissibility is three days and nights, according to the Hadeeth related by Imam Muslim may Allaah have mercy upon him which states that the Prophet ( sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention )) specified three days (during which one can wipe over his Khuffs) for a traveler and one day and night for a resident. For both (the resident and the traveler), the period of permissibility of wiping over the Khuffs starts from the time of being in a state of ritual impurity (caused by passing urine, stool or wind) after wearing the Khuffs, as ritual impurity necessitates ablution (for prayer). Yet, some scholars view that the duration begins from the first ablution after being in a state of ritual impurity.
The Conditions of Wiping over the Khuffs, the Socks, and the Like
1- To be in a state of ritual purity (i.e. a state of ablution) upon wearing them, for it is stated in the two Saheehs (Al-Bukhari and Muslim) books that the Prophet ( sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention )) said to the one who wanted to help him ( sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention )) in taking his Khuffs off to perform ablution: "Leave them as I had put them after performing ablution." [Al-Bukhari, Muslim and others]
It is also narrated that Safwan Ibn 'Assal, (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "We are commanded (by the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention )) to wipe over the Khuffs if we put them on while being in a state of ritual purity (i.e. after performing ablution)." [Ahmad]
Thus, it is quite obvious that the ruling is dependent on being in a state of ritual purity when putting the Khuffs on, so if one is in a state of ritual impurity when putting them on, it is impermissible for one to wipe over them.
2- The Khuffs must be lawfully acquired, gotten, and made. To clarify, if they are taken by force, or made of silk (for men), it is impermissible to wipe over them during ablution. In a word, a legal permission is not applied to what is already illegal.
3- The Khuffs and their likes must completely cover the feet up to the ankles. One cannot wipe over them unless they are thick enough and covering the parts of the feet which are to be washed. Thus, if they are too short to cover the feet up to the ankles, or are not thick enough to conceal underneath, it is impermissible to wipe over them.
Since it is permissible to wipe over the Khuffs, it is permissible to wipe over any foot coverings, such as socks made of wool or suchlike material, which are thick enough to cover underneath. That is due to the fact that the Prophet ( sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention )) wiped over his socks and his shoes while performing ablution, as stated in the Hadeeth related by Imam Ahmad may Allaah have mercy upon him and other compilers of Hadeeth, and deemed Saheeh by At-Tirmithi may Allaah have mercy upon him. Wiping over such things during ablution is valid until the legal period of permission ends regardless of the frequency of taking them off and putting them on.
As regards the turban, it is permissible to wipe over it on two conditions. The first is that the turban must be covering the area of the head which is traditionally covered. The second condition is that the turban must be wrapped round the lower jaw up to the head, one or more than one turn, or to be with a back tail. It is stated in many Hadeeths related by more than one of the Imams that the Prophet ( sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention )) wiped over his turban during ablution. To illustrate, 'Umar Ibn Al-Khattab ( may Allaah be pleased with him) said: "He who is not purified by wiping over the turban (i.e. does not deem it sufficient for wiping over the head), then may Allah not purify him."
It is worth mentioning that it is permissible to wipe over the Khuffs and turbans only in case of purification from the state of minor ritual impurity, but not major ritual impurity (e.g. Janabah - being in a state of need for a ritual bath due to menstruation, ejaculation etc.); one has to take off one's Khuffs and turban and wash underneath in the latter case.
As for splints, bandages, and the like, it is permissible to wipe over them during ablution (without removing them). Moreover, one is permitted to wipe over plasters that cover wounds; all such coverings are permitted to be wiped over provided they cover only the injured area or the necessary parts which need to be covered for treatment. However, if the splint, the bandage, or the like, covers more than the injured area unnecessarily, the unnecessary parts must be removed. In addition, it is permissible to wipe over splints in both states of minor and major ritual impurities, and there is no fixed period for the permissibility of wiping over them. In other words, it is permissible to wipe over the splint until it is removed or the broken limb heals. In a nutshell, the permissibility of wiping over the splint during purification is dependent on the necessity of the cover.
The proof of the permissibility of wiping over the splint is the following Hadeeth narrated by Jabir ( may Allaah be pleased with him); he reported: "Once, we were on a journey and one of us was injured in his head by a stone. Then that man had a wet dream, so he asked his companions saying, 'Is it permissible for me to perform Tayammum (dry ablution)?' They answered him saying, 'We do not see any legal permission for you as you are able to use water.' So, the man had a ritual bath after which he died. When we came to Allah's Messenger ( sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention )), we told him about this. He ( sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention )) said, 'They killed him; may Allah kill them! Why did they not ask when being ignorant, for inquiry is the cure for ignorance? It would have been sufficient for him to perform Tayammum and to bandage his wound with a piece of cloth over and then to wipe over it (the piece of cloth).' " [Abu Dawood and Ibn Majah, and deemed Saheeh by Ibn As-Sakan]
The Areas to Be Wiped over
Wiping is to be applied to the upper part of the Khuffs or the socks. As for the turban, most of it should be wiped over, especially its folds. However, the splint has to be wholly wiped over.
The Way Wiping over the Khuffs is performed
Wiping over the Khuffs (during ablution) is to be by passing one's wet fingers from the toes towards the leg. The right foot is to be wiped over with the right hand, and vice versa. Also, one should open one's fingers during wiping, and should not repeat wiping. May Allah guide us all to useful knowledge and righteous deeds.

إذا همّ أحدكم بالأمر فليركع ركعتين..
يعرِض للواحد منا في حياته أمورٌ يتحير فيها، وتُشكِل عليه، ويخفى عليه وجه الصواب والرشاد فيها، فيحتاج إلى الاستعانة واللجوء إلى الله العليم القدير سبحانه وتعالى، الذي لا تخفى عليه خافية، حتى يوفقه إلى الصواب والهدى فيما يمرُّ به، وفيما يُشكِل ويَخفى عليه.
وقد بيّن لنا رسولنا وقدوتنا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم كيفية هذا اللجوء إلى الله والاستعانة به من خلال هذا التوجيه النبوي العظيم، الذي نقله إلينا الصحابي الجليل جابر بن عبد الله الأنصاري رضي الله عنهما، حيث قال: كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يعلِّمنا الاستخارة في الأمور كلها كما يعلِّمنا السورة من القرآن، يقول: (إذا همَّ أحدكم بالأمْر فليَركع ركعتين من غير الفريضة، ثم ليقل: اللهم إني أستخيرك بعلمك، وأستقدِرك بقدرَتِك، وأسألك من فضلك العظيم، فإنك تقدر ولا أقدِر، وتعلَم ولا أعلَم، وأنت علام الغيوب، اللهم إن كنتَ تعلَم أن هذا الأمر خيرٌ لي في ديني ومعاشي وعاقبة أمري - أو قال: عاجل أمري وآجله - فاقدره لي، ويَسِّرْه لي، ثم بارك لي فيه، وإن كنت تعلم أن هذا الأمر شرٌّ لي في ديني ومعاشي وعاقبة أمري - أو قال: في عاجل أمري وآجله - فاصرفه عني واصرفني عنه، واقدر لي الخير حيث كان، ثم أرضِنِي به) متفق عليه.
معنى الاستخارة
الاستخارة في اللغة: طلب الخِيَرة في الشيء، وفي الاصطلاح: طلب الاختيار، أي طلب صرف الهمة لما هو المختار عند الله، والمراد: طلب خير الأمرين لمن احتاج إلى أحدهما.
حاصل ما ذكره الحافظ ابن حجر في شرح الحديث
قوله: "كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يعلمنا الاستخارة في الأمور كلها" قال ابن أبي جمرة: هو لفظ عام أريد به الخصوص, فإن الواجب والمستحب لا يستخار في فعلهما، والحرام والمكروه لا يستخار في تركهما, فانحصر الأمر في المباح وفي المستحب إذا تعارض منه أمران أيهما يبدأ به ويقتصر عليه، قلت - أي ابن حجر - : ويتناول العموم العظيم من الأمور والحقير, فرب حقير يترتب عليه الأمر العظيم.
وقوله: (فليركع ركعتين من غير الفريضة) فيه احتراز عن صلاة الصبح مثلا، قال ابن أبي جمرة: الحكمة في تقديم الصلاة على الدعاء أن المراد بالاستخارة حصول الجمع بين خيري الدنيا والآخرة فيحتاج إلى قرع باب المَلِك, ولا شيء لذلك أنجع ولا أنجح من الصلاة؛ لما فيها من تعظيم الله والثناء عليه والافتقار إليه مآلا وحالا.
وقوله: (ثم ليقل) ظاهر في أن الدعاء المذكور يكون بعد الفراغ من الصلاة ويحتمل أن يكون الترتيب فيه بالنسبة لأذكار الصلاة ودعائها فيقوله بعد الفراغ وقبل السلام.
وقوله: (اللهم إني أستخيرك بعلمك) الباء للتعليل أي لأنك أعلم, وكذا في قوله: (بقدرتك)، ويحتمل أن تكون للاستعانة، وقوله: (وأستقدرك) معناه أطلب منك أن تجعل لي قدرة على المطلوب, ويحتمل أن يكون المعنى أطلب منك أن تقدِّره لي, والمراد بالتقدير التيسير.
وقوله: (وأسالك من فضلك) إشارة إلى أن إعطاء الرب فضل منه, وليس لأحد عليه حق في نعمه، كما هو مذهب أهل السنة، وقوله: (فإنك تقدر ولا أقدر, وتعلم ولا أعلم) إشارة إلى أن العلم والقدرة لله وحده, وليس للعبد من ذلك إلا ما قدّر الله له.
وقوله: (اللهم إن كنت تعلم أن هذا الأمر وفي رواية: ثم يسميه بعينه) ظاهر سياقه أن ينطق به, ويحتمل أن يكتفي باستحضاره بقلبه عند الدعاء، وقوله (فاقدره لي) أي نَجِّزه لي, وقيل معناه يسره لي.
وقوله: (فاصرفه عني واصرفني عنه) أي حتى لا يبقى قلبه بعد صرف الأمر عنه متعلقا به, وقوله: (ثم أرضني) أي اجعلني بذلك راضيا فلا أندم على طلبه ولا على وقوعه، لأني لا أعلم عاقبته، وإن كنت حال طلبه راضيا به، والسرّ فيه أن لا يبقى قلبه متعلقا به فلا يطمئن خاطره، والرضا: سكون النفس إلى القضاء.
في رحاب التوجيه النبوي
- الرضا والتسليم: دُعاء الاستخارة فيه تفويض الأمر إلى الله تعالى مع بذل سبب الدعاء، وهذا هو المعنى الحقيقي للتوكل، يقول عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما: "إن الرجل ليستخير الله فيختار له، فيسخط على ربه، فلا يلبث أن ينظر في العاقبة، فإذا هو قد خار له"، وقال عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه: "لا أُبالي أصبحت على ما أحب أو على ما أكره، لأني لا أدري الخير فيما أحب أو فيما أكره"، وقال الإمام ابن القيم رحمه الله: "فالمقدور يكتنفه أمران: الاستخارة قبله، والرضا بعده".
- الاستخارة والاستشارة: حثنا الله جل وعلا أيضًا على الشورى وأخذ رأي العقلاء والحكماء، والجمع بين الخيرين يكون بالاستخارة ثم الاستشارة، يقول شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمه الله: "ما ندم من استخار الخالق، وشاور المخلوقين المؤمنين وتثبت في أمره، فقد قال سبحانه: {فَبِمَا رَحْمَةٍ مِّنَ اللّهِ لِنتَ لَهُمْ وَلَوْ كُنتَ فَظّاً غَلِيظَ الْقَلْبِ لاَنفَضُّواْ مِنْ حَوْلِكَ فَاعْفُ عَنْهُمْ وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ وَشَاوِرْهُمْ فِي الأَمْرِ فَإِذَا عَزَمْتَ فَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللّهِ إِنَّ اللّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُتَوَكِّلِينَ} (آل عمران: 159)".

Milagros científicos en el Corán: el universoÍndice
Introducción
Hace catorce siglos Al-lah reveló el Corán a la humanidad como un libro guía, y exhortó a la gente a aferrarse a él para ser conducidos hacia la verdad. Como se lee en el versículo: {Pero por el contrario, [lo que recitas] es un Mensaje para toda la humanidad} [Corán 68: 52], desde el día de su revelación hasta el Día del Juicio, este último libro divino permanecerá como la única guía para la humanidad.
El lenguaje y estilo inigualables del Corán, así como la sabiduría que encierra, constituyen una evidencia incontrastable de que es la Palabra de Al-lah. Además, él posee muchos atributos milagrosos que prueban que es la Palabra de Al-lah. Uno de ellos es el hecho de que cierto número de verdades científicas —que sólo ha sido posible descubrir con la tecnología del siglo XX— aparecen ya enunciadas en el Corán hace 1400 años.
El Corán no es, desde luego, un libro científico. No obstante, muchos datos científicos, expresados de una manera extremadamente concisa y profunda en sus versículos, sólo han sido descubiertos recientemente con la tecnología disponible en los siglos XX y XXI. Se trata de hechos que no podían conocerse en la época de su revelación, y ello constituye una prueba más de que el Corán es la Palabra de Al-lah.
Para comprender el milagro científico del Corán primero debemos echar una mirada al estado de la ciencia en la época en que se reveló.
Cuando el Corán fue revelado, en el siglo VII, la sociedad árabe tenía muchas supersticiones y creencias sin fundamentos en lo que se refiere a temas científicos. Careciendo de tecnología para examinar el universo y la naturaleza esos árabes primitivos creían en leyendas heredadas de pasadas generaciones. Pensaban, por ejemplo, que las montañas sostenían el cielo encima de sus cabezas. Creían que la tierra era plana y que había enormes montañas en sus dos extremos. Se pensaba que esas montañas eran pilares que mantenían elevada la bóveda celeste.
No obstante, todas esas creencias supersticiosas de la sociedad árabe fueron eliminadas con el Corán. En la Sura el Trueno, versículo 2, dice: {Allah es quien elevó los cielos sin pilares visibles} [Corán, 13:2]. Este versículo invalidó la creencia de que el cielo se mantiene elevado gracias a las montañas. En muchos otros temas se revelaron hechos importantes en una época en que nadie podría haberlos conocido. El Corán, revelado en una época en que la gente sabía muy poco sobre astronomía, física o biología, contiene datos claves sobre diversos temas tales como la creación del universo, la conformación del ser humano, la estructura de la atmósfera y el delicado equilibrio que hace posible la vida sobre la tierra.
Veamos juntos ahora algunos de estos milagros científicos revelados en el Corán.
El origen del Universo
El origen del universo es descripto en el Corán en el siguiente versículo: {El es el Originador de los cielos y la tierra...} [Corán 6:101].
Esta información suministrada por el Corán está en un todo de acuerdo con los descubrimientos de la ciencia contemporánea. Como dijimos antes, la conclusión a la que la astrofísica ha llegado actualmente es que la totalidad del universo, junto con las dimensiones de materia y tiempo, se manifestaron como resultado de una gran explosión que ocurrió fuera del acontecer temporal. Este evento, conocido como el Big Bang, demuestra que el universo fue creado de la nada como resultado de la explosión de un solo punto.
Antes del Big Bang no existía lo que denominamos materia. Desde una condición de no-existencia en la cual ni la materia, ni la energía, ni incluso el tiempo existían, y que sólo puede describirse metafísicamente, materia, energía y tiempo fueron creados en un instante. Este hecho, descubierto sólo recientemente por la física moderna, nos fue anunciado en el Corán hace 1400 años.
La expansión del Universo
En el Corán, revelado hace 14 siglos en una época en que la ciencia astronómica era todavía muy primitiva, la expansión del universo está descripta de esta forma:
{Nosotros hemos construido el cielo con fuerza, y ciertamente lo estamos expandiendo} [Corán 51:47]
La palabra "cielo", como figura en el versículo anterior, es utilizada en varios lugares del Corán con el significado de espacio y universo. Aquí se utiliza con este sentido y estableciendo que el universo se "expande". Y esta es precisamente la conclusión a la cual ha llegado la ciencia actualmente.
Hasta principios del siglo XX la opinión prevaleciente en el ámbito científico era que "el universo posee una naturaleza constante y ha existido desde siempre". No obstante las investigaciones, observaciones y cálculos realizados con la tecnología moderna han revelado que el universo de hecho tuvo un comienzo y que está constantemente "expandiéndose".
A comienzos del siglo XX, el físico ruso Alexander Friedmann y el cosmólogo belga Georges Lemaitre calcularon teóricamente que el universo está en constante movimiento y que se está expandiendo.
Este hecho fue probado también mediante observaciones directas en 1929. Observando el cielo con un telescopio, Edwin Hubble, el astrónomo americano, descubrió que las estrellas y galaxias están constantemente separándose unas de otras. Un universo en donde todo está constantemente separándose de lo demás implica un cosmos en expansión. Las observaciones realizadas en los años siguientes corroboran que el universo está expandiéndose constantemente. Este hecho fue explicado en el Corán cuando todavía era desconocido para todos. Y ello porque el Corán es la Palabra de Al-lah, el Creador y Soberano del universo todo.
La separación en partes de "los cielos y la tierra"
Otro versículo sobre la creación de los cielos es el siguiente:
{No ven los incrédulos que los cielos y la tierra estaban unidos (formando un todo homogéneo, una unidad de creación) [ratq] y los separamos; e hicimos del agua toda cosa viviente. ¿Es que no creerání} [Corán 21:30].
La palabra ratq traducida como "unidos", "cosidos" significa "mezclados, combinados" según los diccionarios árabes. Se utiliza para referirse a dos sustancias diferentes que conforman un todo. La frase "los separamos" es el verbo fataqa en árabe, e implica algo que se produce como resultado de separar la estructura de cosas que estaban unidas entre sí. Una de las acciones a las cuales se aplica este verbo es al brote de un vástago del suelo por la germinación de una semilla.
Miremos de vuelta el versículo teniendo en mente esta información. En el texto el cielo y la tierra están en principio sujetos al estado de "ratq". Son separados luego saliendo uno del otro. Y sorprendentemente, cuando consideramos los primeros momentos del Big Bang, encontramos que toda la materia del universo estaba reunida en un solo punto. En otras palabras, todo, incluyendo "los cielos y la tierra" que todavía no habían sido creados, estaban entrelazados, combinados en una condición inseparable. Entonces este punto explotó violentamente provocando que su materia se desuniera.

Einundzwanzig Mädchen und Frauen sind es, die verhaftet wurden. Der Grund: Sie haben demonstriert.
Sie waren auf der Straße, um ihrer Meinung eine Stimme zu verleihen, nur diese Stimme war unserem General anscheinend etwas zu laut. Die Demonstration war gewalt -und waffenlos. Einundzwanzig Frauen. Davon wurden vierzehn zu elf Jahren Haft verurteilt. Und sieben von ihnen sind noch minderjährig.
Insgesamt sechs Männer wurden mit ihnen verhaftet. Diese wurden zu fünfzehn Jahren verurteilt. Die Frauen, so wie die Männer sind Mitglieder einer Gruppe, die sich „7 Uhr morgens" nennt. Sie heißen so, weil sie immer vor Schulbeginn demonstrieren. Die ganze Gruppe wurde am 31.10.2013 in Alexandria während einer ihrer Demos verhaftet.

Verbot der staatlichen Festsetzung von Preisen
Anas ibn Malik (r.) berichtete: „Zur Zeit des Gesandten Allahs (s.a.s.) sind die Preise in Medina in die Höhe gegangen. Da sagten einige Leute: "O Gesandter Allahs, die Preise sind in die Höhe gegangen, setze doch für uns die Preise fest." Da sagte der Gesandte Allahs (s.a.s.): „Allah ist Der, Der die Preise festlegt, Der, Der zurückhält, Der, Der ausstreckt und der Versorger. Ich hoffe, dass ich (am Jüngsten Tag) auf Allah treffe, ohne dass einer von euch einen Anspruch gegen mich erhebt wegen Unrechts bzgl. Blut und Eigentum, was ich ihm im (im irdischen Leben) angetan habe".

Eine Schwester aus London schrieb in einem Brief an Sheikh Mohammad Al-Arifi und fragte: warum meiden es die Mujahidin eine Schwester aus Europa zu Heiraten lieben sie uns den nicht oder akzeptieren sie uns nicht? Der Sheikh hatte zu nächst keine antwort darauf. Er reiste nach einigen tagen nach Jordanien ins Flüchtlingslager Zatari um die Flüchtlinge zu besuchen dort sprach er: Ich hielt eine predigt während einige Brüder Kleidungen verteilten ich sah auf der rechten Seite drei junge Männer einer von ihnen mit einem starren angst einflüsternden blick er war erstaunlich groß und gebaut sie nahmen nichts an und wusste dadurch das dies Kämpfer seien ich ging zu ihnen und begrüßte sie und kam so ins Gespräch mit ihnen. Es stellte sich heraus das zwei von ihnen aus Deutschland sind mit arabischer Abstammung aus Marokko der dritte stamm aus Syrien ab. Sie rochen sehr stark nach Misk und bei jeder Bewegung von ihnen nahm ich den Duft mehr wahr. Er stellte ihnen die frage der Schwester und einer der arabischsprachigen aus Deutschland antwortete: Oh Sheikh bei Allah dem Erhabenen wir machen keinen unterschied zwischen ihnen woher sie kommen noch meiden wir sie, bei Allah wir lieben sie genauso wie wir unsere Geschwister hier lieben aber Oh Sheikh welche Frau wird es ertragen das ihr Mann täglich mit wunden und Narben heim kehrt oder erst gar nicht zurück kann ? wir haben doch nichts was wir Allah geben könnten außer unsere Anstrengungen nach seinem Wohlgefallen den selbst unser Leben ist von Ihm wir verbringen den tag im Kampf und die Nacht weinend im Gebet! welche Frau wird es ertragen das wir voller Narben, Wunden und Kummer weinend wie Kinder unsere Nächte im gebet verbringen, wo sie es doch sehen und hören? Nicht wir meiden sie Oh Sheikh sondern sie meiden uns aber dennoch lieben wir sie und verteidigen sie. Der Sheikh strömte in tränen aus und es verschlag ihm die Sprache und sprach Dua für sie und fügte hinzu und das war ein Mujahid im alter von nicht einmal Mitte zwanzig ..

„Gemeinsam den Kindern Syriens Freude schenken"
Der Konflikt in Syrien ist nach UN-Angaben die größte humanitäre Katastrophe des 21. Jahrhunderts! Bereits heute hat dieser Konflikt über 8 Millionen syrische Zivilisten in die Flucht getrieben, davon mehr als 6 Millionen im eigenen Land. Hauptleidtragende des Konfliktes sind die Kinder. Sie sind unter extremen Bedingungen geflohen, leben abseits der Normalität und erleben keine Kindheit.
Die Weihnachtsaktion "Gemeinsam den Kindern Syriens Freude schenken" ist eine deutschlandweite, gemeinsame Aktion deutscher und deutsch-syrischer humanitärer Hilfsvereine, die mit dieser Aktion den Kindern in Syrien eine kleine Freude schenken wollen. نماز جمعہ كے فضائل
الحمد للہ :
نماز جمعہ كى فضيلت ميں نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم سے بہت سارى احاديث مروى ہيں، جن ميں سے چند ايك يہ ہيں:
1 - امام مسلم رحمہ اللہ تعالى نے ابو ہريرہ رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ سے بيان كيا ہے كہ رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا:
" نماز پنجگانہ، اور جمعہ دوسرے جمعہ تك جب تك كبيرہ گناہ سے اجتناب كيا جائے تو يہ كفارہ بن جاتا ہے "
صحيح مسلم حديث نمبر ( 233 ).
ابو ہريرہ رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ بيان كرتے ہيں كہ نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا:
" جس نے جمعہ كے روز غسل كيا اور جمعہ كے ليے آيا اور اس كے مقدر ميں جتنى نماز لكھى تھى ادا كى اور خطبہ جمعہ كے ختم ہونے تك خاموشى اختيار كى اور پھر امام كے ساتھ نماز جمعہ ادا كى تو اس جمعہ سے دوسرے جمعہ اور اس سے تين روز زيادہ كے گناہ بخش ديے جاتے ہيں "
صحيح مسلم حديث نمبر ( 857 ).
امام نووى رحمہ اللہ تعالى كہتے ہيں:
علماء كرام كا كہنا ہے: دونوں جمعوں اور تين يوم زيادہ كے گناہ بخش دينے كا معنى يہ ہے كہ ايك نيكى دس نيكيوں كى مثل ہے، تو جمعہ كا روز جس ميں يہ بہترين افعال كيے گئے ايك نيكى كے معنى ميں ہوئے جو اسے دس نيكيوں ميں بنا ديتى ہے.
اور ہمارے بعض اصحاب كا كہنا ہے كہ: مراد يہ ہے كہ دونوں جمعوں ميں نماز جمعہ اور خطبہ كے ساتھ دوسرے جمعہ تك يہ سات يوم بغير كسى زيادتى اورنقصان كے ہوئے، اوران كے ساتھ تين ملائيں تو يہ دس بن جاتے ہيں. اھـ
2 - نماز جمعہ كے ليے جلد جانے ميں اجرعظيم ہے:
بخارى اور مسلم نے ابو ہريرہ رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ سے بيان كيا ہے كہ رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا:
" جس نے جمعہ كے روز غسل جنابت كيا اور پھر جمعہ كے ليے گيا تو گويا اس نے اونٹ قربان كيا، اور جو دوسرى گھڑى ميں گيا گويا اس نے گائے قربان كى، اور جو تيسرى گھڑى ميں گيا گويا اس نے سينگوں والا مينڈھا قربان كيا، اور جو چوتھى گھڑى ميں گيا گويا اس نے مرغى قربان كى، اور جو پانچويں گھڑى ميں گيا گويا اس نے انڈا قربان كيا، اور جب امام آئے تو فرشتے ذكر سننے كے ليے حاضر ہو جاتے ہيں "
صحيح بخارى حديث نمبر ( 841 ) صحيح مسلم حديث نمبر ( 850 ).
3 - نماز جمعہ كے ليے چل كر جانے والے كے ليے ہر قدم كے بدلے مسنون روزے اور قيام كا اجروثواب ہے:
اوس بن اوس ثقفى رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ بيان كرتے ہيں كہ رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا:
" جس نے جمعہ كے روز خود غسل كيا اور غسل كروايا، اور صبح جلدى گيا اور آگے جا كر بيٹھا، اور قريب ہو كر خاموشى سے خطبہ سنا، اس كے ليے ہر قدم كے بدلے مسنون روزے اور قيام كا ثواب ہے "
جامع ترمذى حديث نمبر ( 496 ) علامہ البانى رحمہ اللہ تعالى نے صحيح ترمذى حديث نمبر ( 410 ) ميں اسے صحيح قرار ديا ہے.
ابن قيم رحمہ اللہ تعالى زاد المعاد ميں لكھتے ہيں:
امام احمد كا كہنا ہے: غسل كروانے كا معنى ہے كہ اس نے اپنى بيوى سے جماع كيا، وكيع رحمہ اللہ نے اس كى شرح يہى كى ہے اھـ
ديكھيں: زاد المعاد ( 1 / 385 ).
حافظ ابن حجر رحمہ اللہ تعالى نماز جمعہ كے فضائل ميں احاديث ذكر كرنے كے بعد كہتے ہيں:
مجموعى طور پر ہم نے جو ذكر كيا ہے اس سے واضح ہوا كہ ايك جمعہ سے دوسرے جمعہ تك گناہوں كا كفارہ بننا جو كچھ بيان ہوا ہے اس كى موجودگى كے ساتھ مشروط ہے، يعنى غسل، صفائى، خوشبو يا تيل، بہترين اور اچھا لباس، سكون اور وقار سے چل كر جانا، اور گردنيں نہ پھلانگنا، اور دو آدميوں كے مابين عليدگى نہ كرنا، اور اذيت نہ دينا، ادھر ادھر نہ ہونا، خاموشى اختيار كرنا، اور لغو سے پرہيز كرناوغيرہ. اھـ

Im Norden Nigerias geht die Sittenpolizei mit harter Hand gegen „unislamische" Gewohnheiten vor.
Die Scharia-Wächter ließen in der Stadt Kano 240 000 Flaschen Bier zerstören. Die Beamten riefen „Gott ist groß", während eine Planierraupe über die Flaschen rollte.
„Wir haben uns heute hier versammelt, um diese giftigen Produkte zu zerstören mit der inbrünstigen Hoffnung, dass damit dem Konsum solcher verbotener Substanzen ein Ende bereitet wird", sagte der Chef der Religionspolizei Hisbah, Aminu Daurawa. Auf diese Weise solle „das getrübte Bild Kanos wieder vergoldet" werden.
Die Hisbah wacht im hauptsächlich muslimischen Norden Nigerias über die Einhaltung der Scharia. Nach dem islamischen Recht ist Alkohol verboten.
Nigeria ist geteilt in einen überwiegend muslimischen Norden und den christlich geprägten Süden. Das Recht der Scharia war 2001 im Norden Nigerias wieder eingeführt worden, wurde seitdem aber unterschiedlich streng ausgelegt. Auch in Kano ist es derzeit noch leicht, in Bars und Hotels sowie im christlichen Viertel Sabon Gari Alkohol zu bekommen.
Der Gouverneur des Bundesstaates Kano, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, ordnete jedoch an, „unmoralische Praktiken" in der Stadt Kano zu beenden.
Die Hisbah, deren 9000 Beamte parallel zur zivilen Polizei arbeiten, nahm daraufhin seit September hunderte Menschen fest, darunter auch mutmaßliche Alkoholiker, Drogenabhängige, Prostituierte und Homosexuelle. Im Oktober wurden in Kano allein 150 Menschen wegen Verstößen gegen islamische Bekleidungsvorschriften festgenommen.
Bei einer Serie von Bombenanschlägen auf Bars in Kanos christlichem Viertel waren Ende Juli 24 Menschen ums Leben gekommen. Hinter den Attentaten wird die radikalislamische Sekte Boko Haram vermutet, die für eine strikte Umsetzung der Scharia in Nigeria kämpft.
Die Regierung hat über den gesamten Nordosten Nigerias den Ausnahmezustand verhängt und versucht den Aufstand von Boko Haram niederzuschmettern.
