Ihr Name: Baraka bint Tha'laba
(Eine der Frauen im Paradies)
Umm Aiman war eine Dienerin Abdullahs, des Vaters des Propheten ﷺ. Sie versorgte den Propheten ﷺ als Baby und machte jedes Jahr mit Amena, der Mutter des Propheten ﷺ die Reise nach Medina. Als der Prophet ﷺ 6 Jahre alt war, starb Amina während der Reise und Umm Aiman brachte den Propheten ﷺ nach Mekka zurück. Sie lebte dann mit ihm im Hause seines Großvaters Abdul Muttalib und war wie eine Mutter für ihn. Als der Propheten ﷺ heiratete, schenkte er ihr die Freiheit, doch sie blieb bis zu seinem Tod bei ihm. Umm Aiman (r) wanderte nach Ethiobien und Al- Medina aus. Baraka und ihr Mann Obeid ibn Amr ibn Belal (der früh Muslim wurde) hatten einen Sohn – Aiman. Ihr Sohn Aiman war immer an der Seite des Propheten ﷺ auch in allen Feldzügen ausser Khaibar. Als Obeid ibn Amr ibn Belal gestorben war, heiratete Baraka Zayed ibn Haritha. Ihr gemeinsamer Sohn Osama ibn Zayed, wurde vom Propheten ﷺ geliebt wie Hassan und Hussein. Der Prophet ﷺ bezeichnete sie als Mutter nach seiner Mutter und rief sie "Mutter". Er machte manchmal Spaß mit ihr. Sie wurde 90 Jahre alt, starb kurze Zeit nach dem Tod von Umar und ist in Al Baqia beerdigt. Sie überlieferte 7 Hadithe.
Baraka (r) war die Einzige, die dem Propheten ﷺ während seines ganzen Lebens von seiner Geburt bis zu seinem Tod so nahe war. Treu diente sie im Haushalt Muhammads, des edlen und liebevollen Gesandten Allahs. Sie verzichtete gerne auf eigene Wünsche. Stark und unerschütterlich glaubte Baraka an Allah, den Erhabenen.
Niemand weiß, wo sie herkam, aber ein Platz im Paradies wurde ihr zugesichert

Ich bedanke mich bei allen Teilnehmern, mir hats auf jedenfall Spaß gemacht und hoffe das ging euch genauso.
Werde versuchen so ein Quiz im größerem Rahmen (eventuell mit Punkten und Preisen) in Zukunft wieder zu veranstalten.
Und inshaAllah haben wir auch einen Nutzen daraus gezogen, selbst wenn alle Fragen klar waren, so hat man es vielleicht nochmal erfrischen können. :)

Ich hatte in meiner Jugend Zina mit einem Mädchen, welcher ich versprochen hatte, sie zu heiraten. Es ging soweit, dass das Mädchen mir ergeben war und mit mir Zina machte. Kurz darauf trennte ich mich vor ihr aufgrund familiärer Probleme, obwohl ich ihr eine Ehe versprochen habe. Das Mädchen ging mit tränen zurück nach Hause. Ich heiratete bald und in der Hochzeitsnachtmusste ich erkennen, dass die Frau, welche ich heiratete, keine Jungfrau mehr war. SubhanAllah. Ich dachte, dass dies die Strafe Allaahs als Ausgleich für mein Verhalten war. Ich akzeptierte es schweigend.
Doch eines Tages kam meine Schwester mit tränen in den Augen nach Hause und meine Mutter fragte sie, was los seiSie erzählte ihr davon, dass ein Mann sie hintergangen hat und er ihr eine Ehe versprochen hat, dann jedoch Zina mit ihr hatte und sie verließ. SubhanAllah. Ich wusste nicht, wieso jetzt auch meine Schwester an mein Verhalten leiden sollte.
Meine Frau und ich bekamen eine Tochter, sie wuchs und als sie älter war und eines Tages verweint nach Hause kam, fragte ich, was passiert sei, doch sie öffnete sich ihrer Mutter und erzählte ihr, dass sie Zina mit einem Mann hatte, der ihr versprochen hat, sie zu heiratenund sein Versprechen brach. SubhanAllah. Jetzt auch meine Tochter? Meine Ehefrau - Gerechtigkeit Allahs, dachte ich mir.Meine Schwester, das war schon etwas viel. Aber nun meine Tochter? Das hatte ich auch nicht verdient. Also ging ich zu einem Sheikh und erzählte ihm von meiner Lage und den Geschehnissen
Der Sheikh antwortete mir:
Was dich an Übel überkommen ist, ist nichts als Gerechtigkeit Allahs. Du hattest dem Mädchen eine Ehe versprochen und sie betrogen. Dieses Mädchen ist heute die Ehefrau eines anderen Mannes und ihr Ehemann teilt in diesem Punkt das selbe Schicksal, was dich ereilte. Dieses Mädchen ist die Tochter eines Mannes, und so teilst du das selbe Leid im Bezug auf deine Tochter. Und dieses Mädchen ist die Schwester eines anderen Bruders und so teilst auch du das selbe Leid im Bezug auf deine eigene Schwester!

Subhanallah. In den letzten Tagen gehen die Diener des Taghuts (Kadirov-Armee) sehr stark gegen die Jugendlichen der Ahlu Sunnah in Tschetschenien vor. Fast jeder der richtig bart trägt und gesehen wird, wird fetgenommen, geschlagen, brutal gefoltert, getötet usw. Schwestern die sich richtig kleiden werden entführt. Jene die zu tawhid rufen werden massakiert. Die da3iya der Ahlu Sunna werden getötet. Wallahi sehr große Fitna. Wallahi meine verwandte berichten mir live aus tschetscchenien. Praise be to Allaah.
The reality of kufr and its various kinds is a lengthy topic, but we may sum it up in the following points:
1 – The importance of knowing what kufr is and the forms it may take:
The texts of the Qur'aan and Sunnah indicate that faith is not valid and is not accepted unless two conditions are met – which are what are implied by the testimony that there is no god except Allaah. These two conditions are submission to Allaah alone (Tawheed), and denouncing and shunning all kinds of kufr and shirk.
A person cannot denounce or shun anything unless he knows what it is. From this we understand the importance of knowing what Tawheed is, so that we may act accordingly and attain Tawheed, and knowing what kufr and shirk is so that we may avoid them and steer clear of them.
2 – Definition of kufr:
Kufr in Arabic means covering and concealing something.
In shar'i terminology it means "not believing in Allaah and His Messenger, whether that is accompanied by denial or it is not accompanied by denial but rather doubt, or turning away from faith out of jealousy or arrogance, or because one is following whims and desires that prevent one from following the message. So kufr is the attribute of everyone who rejects something that Allaah has commanded us to believe in, after news of that has reached him, whether he rejects it in his heart without uttering it, or he speaks those words of rejection without believing it in his heart, or he does both; or he does an action which is described in the texts as putting one beyond the pale of faith." See Majmoo' al-Fataawa by Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah, 12/335; al-Ihkaam fi Usool al-Ahkaam by Ibn Hazam, 1/45.
Ibn Hazam said in his book al-Fasl: "Rejecting something for which there is sound proof that there can be no faith without believing in it is kufr, and uttering words for which there is proof that uttering them is kufr is kufr. Doing any action for which there is proof that it is kufr is also kufr."
* Kinds of major kufr which put one beyond the pale of #Islam :
The scholars divided kufr into a number of categories, under which they listed many forms and kinds of shirk. These are as follows:
-1- The kufr of denial and rejection. This kufr may sometimes take the form of disbelief in the heart – which occurs rarely among the kuffaar, as Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allaah have mercy on him) said – and sometimes it takes the form of outward or apparent rejection, which means concealing the truth and not submitting to it outwardly, whilst recognizing it and knowing it inwardly, such as the Jews' rejection of Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). Allaah says of them (interpretation of the meaning):
"then when there came to them that which they had recognised, they disbelieved in it"[al-Baqarah 2:89]
He also said (interpretation of the meaning]:
"then when there came to them that which they had recognised, they disbelieved in it"
[al-Baqarah 2:146]
That is because rejection only happens which a person knows the truth and refuses it. Hence Allaah stated that the kuffaar's disbelief in the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was not disbelief in the true sense of the word, because their disbelief was only outward and verbal, and inwardly they recognized the truth.
Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
"it is not you that they deny, but it is the Verses (the Qur'aan) of Allaah that the Zaalimoon (polytheists and wrongdoers) deny"
[al-An'aam 6:33]
"And they belied them (those Ayaat) wrongfully and arrogantly, though their ownselves were convinced thereof"
[al-Naml 27:14]
Similar to this is the kufr of permitting that which is forbidden. Whoever regards as permissible something which he knows that Islam has forbidden has disbelieved in the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and in that which he brought. The same applies to one who forbids something which he knows that Islam has permitted.
-2- The kufr of turning away in arrogance, such as the kufr of Iblees of whom Allaah said:
"… except Iblees (Satan), he refused and was proud and was one of the disbelievers (disobedient to Allaah)"
[al-Baqarah 2:34 – interpretation of the meaning]
And Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
"They (hypocrites) say: 'We have believed in Allaah and in the Messenger (Muhammad), and we obey,' then a party of them turn away thereafter, such are not believers"
[al-Noor 24:47]
So Allaah has stated that those who do not act in accordance with faith are not believers, even if they utter the words of faith. The kufr of turning away means that one ignores the truth and does not learn it or act in accordance with it, whether it is the matter of words, actions or beliefs. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
"But those who disbelieve, turn away from that whereof they are warned"[al-Ahqaaf 46:3]
Whoever turns away verbally from that which the Messenger has brought is like one who says "I will not follow him." The one who turns away by his actions is like one who runs away from hearing the truth which he brought, or puts his fingers in his ears so as not to hear, or who hears it but turns away in his heart and refuses to believe, and who refuses to act upon it. He has disbelieved in the sense of the kufr of turning away.
-3- The kufr of hypocrisy. This takes the form of not believing in the heart and not acting, whilst submitting outwardly in order to show off to people. This is like the kufr of Ibn Salool and the other munaafiqeen (hypocrites) of whom Allaah said (interpretation of the meaning):
"And of mankind, there are some (hypocrites) who say: 'We believe in Allaah and the Last Day,' while in fact they believe not.
They (think to) deceive Allaah and those who believe, while they only deceive themselves, and perceive (it) not!
In their hearts is a disease (of doubt and hypocrisy) and Allaah has increased their disease. A painful torment is theirs because they used to tell lies.
And when it is said to them: 'Make not mischief on the earth,' they say: 'We are only peacemakers.'
Verily, they are the ones who make mischief, but they perceive not.
And when it is said to them (hypocrites): 'Believe as the people (followers of Muhammad, Al-Ansaar and Al-Muhajiroon) have believed,' they say: 'Shall we believe as the fools have believed?' Verily, they are the fools, but they know not.
And when they meet those who believe, they say: 'We believe,' but when they are alone with their Shayaateen (devils — polytheists, hypocrites), they say: 'Truly, we are with you; verily, we were but mocking.'
Allaah mocks at them and gives them increase in their wrong-doing to wander blindly.
These are they who have purchased error for guidance, so their commerce was profitless. And they were not guided.
Their likeness is as the likeness of one who kindled a fire; then, when it lighted all around him, Allaah took away their light and left them in darkness. (So) they could not see.
They are deaf, dumb, and blind, so they return not (to the Right Path).
Or like a rainstorm from the sky, wherein is darkness, thunder, and lightning. They thrust their fingers in their ears to keep out the stunning thunderclap for fear of death. But Allaah ever encompasses the disbelievers (i.e. Allaah will gather them all together).
The lightning almost snatches away their sight, whenever it flashes for them, they walk therein, and when darkness covers them, they stand still. And if Allaah willed, He could have taken away their hearing and their sight. Certainly, Allaah has power over all things"
[al-Baqarah 2:8-20]
-4- The kufr of doubt, which means hesitating with regard to following the truth and being uncertain as to whether it is true, because what is required is certainty of faith (yaqeen) that what the Messenger brought is truth with no hint of doubt in it. Whoever thinks that what he brought may not be true has disbelieved, in the sense of kufr of doubt, as Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
"And he went into his garden while in a state (of pride and disbelief), unjust to himself. He said: 'I think not that this will ever perish.
And I think not the Hour will ever come, and if indeed I am brought back to my Lord, (on the Day of Resurrection), I surely, shall find better than this when I return to Him.'
His companion said to him during the talk with him: 'Do you disbelieve in Him Who created you out of dust (i.e. your father Adam), then out of Nutfah (mixed semen drops of male and female discharge), then fashioned you into a man?
But as for my part, (I believe) that He is Allaah, my Lord, and none shall I associate as partner with my Lord.'"
[al-Kahf 18:35-38]
From this we may conclude that kufr – which is the opposite of eemaan or faith – may take the form of feelings in the heart, such as hating Allaah or His signs, or His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him); this contradicts love and faith which support the actions of the heart. Kufr may also take the form of spoken words, such as insulting Allaah, or it may be an outward action, such as prostrating to idols, or offering sacrifices to someone other than Allaah. Just as faith takes the form of actions of the heart, words on the tongue and outward physical actions, so too kufr may take the form of actions of the heart, words on the tongue and outward physical actions. We ask Allaah to keep us safe from kufr and its branches, and to increase us in faith and make us guided and cause us to guide others… Ameen. And Allaah knows best.

The UK newspaper Daily Telegraph said Sunday that Al Qaeda terrorist organization is training hundreds of British and European jihadists fighting in Syria and is urging them to return to their countries to set up terrorist cells.
The daily quoted a defector from the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) that radicals from Britain, Europe and the United States are trained to make bombs and explosive belts and how to blow them up, so as to create new terrorist cells in their home countries.
The defector, known Murad, said that foreign fighters whom he met in Syria " talked often about terrorist attacks. The foreigners were proud of 9/11 and the London bombings."
He added that British, French and Americans fighters have talked about the places that they want to blow them up or or explode themselves in Europe and the United States, according to the Daily Telegraph.

Syria Youth Volunteers foundation: Syrian government delegation to Geneva 2 represents Syrians

The Syria Youth Volunteers Foundation called on the Syrian government delegation to Geneva 2 conference to work so that the conference has a decisive stance to stop terrorism in Syria and exert pressure on the countries involved in it.
At a press conference, the Foundation pointed out that the Syrian youths commission the Syrian government delegation to represent them.
The foundation also called on the delegation to incriminate the direct and indirect responsible sides for the terrorist massacres and to condemn the destruction of the Syrian economy.
Minister of Social Affairs, Kinda al-Shammat, stressed that the Syrian Youths which represent 68 groups in the level of Syria commissioned the government delegation to speak on their behalf.
The Minister added that the government which is working to provide aid and basic services to all people regardless of their belongings deserves to be the genuine representative of the people.

President Bashar al-Assad gave an interview to Agence France Presse. Following is the full text of the interview:
Mr. President, what do you expect from the Geneva conference?
President Assad: The most basic element, which we continuously refer to, is that the Geneva Conference should produce clear results with regard to the fight against terrorism in Syria. In particular, it needs to put pressure on countries that are exporting terrorism, - by sending terrorists, money and weapons to terrorist organisations, - especially Saudi Arabia and Turkey, and of course the Western countries that provide political cover for these terrorist organisations. This is the most important decision or result that the Geneva Conference could produce. Any political solution that is reached without fighting terrorism has no value. There can be no political action when there is terrorism everywhere, not only in Syria but in neighbouring countries as well. From the political side, it is possible for Geneva to contribute to a process of dialogue between Syrians. There has to be a Syrian process within Syria and whilst Geneva could support this, it cannot be a substitute for it.
AFP: After nearly three years of devastating war and the big challenge of reconstruction in the country, is it likely that you will not be a candidate for the presidency?
President Assad: This depends on two things: It depends on personal aspirations or a personal decision, on the one hand, and on public opinion in Syria, on the other. As far as I am concerned, I see no reason why I shouldn't stand; as for Syrian public opinion, there is still around four months before the election date is announced. If in that time, there is public desire and a public opinion in favour of my candidacy, I will not hesitate for a second to run for election. In short, we can say that the chances for my candidacy are significant.
AFP: In these past years, have you thought for a moment about losing the battle, and have you thought of an alternative scenario for you and your family?
President Assad: In any battle, there is always the possibility of winning and losing; but when you're defending your country, it's obvious that the only choice is to win. Should Syria lose this battle that would mean the spread of chaos throughout the Middle East. This battle is not confined to Syria and is not, as Western propaganda portrays, a popular uprising against a regime suppressing its people and a revolution calling for democracy and freedom. These lies have now become clear to people. A popular revolution doesn't last for three years only to fail; moreover, a national revolution cannot have a foreign agenda. As for the scenarios that I have considered, of course these types of battles will have numerous scenarios – 1st, 2nd, 3rd……tenth, but they are all focused on defending the country not on running away from it. Fleeing is not an option in these circumstances. I must be at the forefront of those defending this country and this has been the case from day one.
AFP: Do you think you are winning this war?
President Assad: This war is not mine to win; it's our war as Syrians. I think this war has, if you will, two phases. The first phase, which took the form of plans drawn up at the beginning, was the overthrow of the Syrian state in a matter of weeks or months. Now, three years on, we can safely say that this has failed, and that the Syrian people have won. There were countries that not only wanted to overthrow the state, but that also wanted to partition the country into several 'mini-states;' of course this phase failed, and hence the win for the Syrian people. The other phase of the battle is the fight against terrorism, which we are living on a daily basis. As you know, this phase isn't over yet, so we can't talk about having won before we eliminate the terrorists. What we can say is that we are making progress and moving forward. This doesn't mean that victory is near at hand; these kinds of battles are complicated, difficult and they need a lot of time. However, as I said, and I reiterate, we are making progress, but have not yet achieved a victory.
AFP: Returning to Geneva, do you support a call from the conference for all foreign fighters to leave Syria, including Hezbollah?
President Assad: Clearly the job of defending Syria is responsibility of the Syrian people, the Syrian institutions, and in particular the Syrian Army. So, there would be no reason for any non-Syrian fighters to get involved had there not been foreign fighters from dozens of countries attacking civilians and Hezbollah especially on the Syrian-Lebanese border. When we talk about fighters leaving Syria, this would need to be part of a larger package that would see all the foreign fighters leave, and for all armed men – including Syrians – to hand over their weapons to the Syrian state, which would consequently achieve stability. So naturally, yes, one element of the solution in Syria – I wouldn't say the objective – is for all non-Syrian fighters to leave Syria.
AFP: In addition to the prisoner exchange and a ceasefire in Aleppo, what initiatives are you ready to present at Geneva II?
President Assad: The Syrian initiative was put forward exactly a year ago, in January of last year. It's a complete initiative that covers both political and security aspects and other dimensions that would lead to stability. All of these details are part of the initiative that Syria previously put forward. However, any initiative, whether this one or any other, must be the result of a dialogue between Syrians. The essence of anything that is proposed, whether it's the crisis itself, fighting terrorism, or the future political vision and political system for Syria, requires the approval of Syrians. Our initiative was based on a process to facilitate this dialogue rather than a process to express the government's point of view. It has always been our view that any initiative must be collective and produced by both the political actors in Syria and the Syrian people in general.
AFP: The opposition that will participate in Geneva is divided and many factions on the ground don't believe it represents them. If an agreement is reached, how can it be implemented on the ground?
President Assad: This is the same question that we are asking as a government: when I negotiate, who am I negotiating with? There are expected to be many sides at Geneva, we don't know yet who will come, but there will be various parties, including the Syrian government. It is clear to everyone that some of the groups, which might attend the conference, didn't exist until very recently; in fact they were created during the crisis by foreign intelligence agencies whether in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, France, the United States or other countries. So when we sit down with these groups, we are in fact negotiating with those countries. So, is it logical that France should be a part of the Syrian solution? Or Qatar, or America, or Saudi Arabia, or Turkey? This doesn't make any sense. Therefore, when we negotiate with these parties, we're in fact negotiating with the countries that are behind them and that support terrorism in Syria. There are other opposition forces in Syria that have a national agenda; these are parties that we can negotiate with. On the issue of the vision for Syria's future, we are open for these parties to participate in governing the Syrian state, in the government and in other institutions. But as I mentioned earlier, anything that is agreed with any party, whether in Geneva or in Syria, must be subject to people's endorsement, through a referendum put to Syrian citizens.
AFP: In this context, could the ceasefire agreements that have been started in Moadimiya and Barzeh be an alternative to Geneva?
President Assad: The truth is that these initiatives may be more important than Geneva, because the majority of those fighting and carrying out terrorist operations on the ground have no political agenda. Some of them have become professional armed robbers, and others, as you know, are takfiri organisations fighting for an extremist Islamic emirate and things of that kind. Geneva means nothing for these groups. For this reason, the direct action and the models that have been achieved in Moadamiyeh, in Barzeh and other places in Syria has proven to be very effective. But this is separate from the political process, which is about the political future of Syria. These reconciliations have helped stability and have eased the bloodshed in Syria, both of which help pave the way for the political dialogue I mentioned earlier.
AFP: Are you prepared to have a prime minister from the opposition in a future government?
President Assad: That depends on who this opposition represents. When it represents a majority, let's say in parliament, naturally it should lead the government. But to appoint a prime minister from the opposition without having a majority doesn't make any political sense in any country in the world. In your country, for example, or in Britain or elsewhere, you can't have a prime minister from a parliamentary minority. This will all depend on the next elections, which we discussed in the Syrian initiative; they will reveal the real size of support for the various opposition forces. As to participation as a principle, we support it, of course it is a good thing.
AFP: Are you prepared to have, for example, Ahmed Jarba or Moaz Khatib, be your next prime minister?
President Assad: This takes us back to the previous question. Do any of these people represent the Syrian people, or even a portion of the Syrian people? Do they even represent themselves, or are they just representatives of the states that created them? This brings us back to what I mentioned earlier: every one of these groups represents the country that created them. The participation of each of these individuals means the participation of each of those states in the Syrian government! This is the first point. Second, let's assume that we agreed to the participation of these individuals in the government. Do you think that they would dare to come to Syria to take part in the government? Of course they wouldn't. Last year, they claimed that they had control of 70% of Syria, yet they didn't even dare to come to the areas that they had supposed control of. They did come to the border for a 30-minute photo opportunity and then they fled. How can they be ministers in the government? Can a foreigner become a Syrian minister? That's why these propositions are totally unrealistic, but they do make a good joke!
AFP: Mr. President, you said that it depends on the results of the elections, but how can you hold these kinds of elections if part of Syria's territory is in the hands of insurgents?
President Assad: During this crisis, and after the unrest started in Syria, we have conducted elections twice: the first was municipal elections and the second was parliamentary elections. Of course, the elections cannot be conducted in the same way they are conducted in normal circumstances, but the roads between Syrian regions are open, and people area able to move freely between different regions. Those who live in difficult areas can go to neighbouring areas and participate in the elections. There will be difficulties, but it is not an impossible process.
AFP: Now that opposition fighters are battling jihadists, do you see any difference between the two?
President Assad: The answer I would have given you at the beginning of the events or during its various phases, is completely different to the answer today. Today, there are no longer two opposition groups. We all know that during the past few months the extremist terrorist groups fighting in Syria have wiped out the last remaining positions that were held by the forces the West portrays as moderates, calling them the moderate or secular forces, or the Free Syrian Army. These forces no longer exist. We are now dealing with one extremist group made up of various factions. As to the fighters that used to belong to what the West calls 'moderate forces,' these have mostly joined these extremist factions, either for fear or voluntarily through financial incentives. In short, regardless of the labels you read in the Western media, we are now fighting one extremist terrorist group comprising of various factions.
AFP: Would it be possible for the army and the opposition to fight against the jihadists side by side?
President Assad: We cooperate with any party that wants to join the army in fighting terrorists, and this has happened before. There are many militants who have left these organisations and joined the army to fight with it. So this is possible, but these are individual cases. This is not an alliance between 'moderate' forces and the army against terrorists. That depiction is false and is an illusion that is used by the West only to justify its support for terrorism in Syria. It supports terrorism under the pretext that it is backing moderation against extremist terrorism, and that is both illogical and false.
AFP: The state accuses the rebels of using civilians as human shields in areas under their control, but when the army shells these areas, do you not think this kills innocent people?
President Assad: The army does not shell neighbourhoods. The army strikes areas where there are terrorists. In most cases, terrorists enter particular areas and force out the civilians. Why do you think we have so many displaced people? Most of the millions of displaced people in Syria have fled their homes because terrorists forcefully entered their neighbourhoods. If there are civilians among these armed groups, why do we have so many displaced people? The army is fighting armed terrorists, and in some cases, terrorists have used civilians as human shields. Civilian casualties are unfortunately the consequences of any war. There is no such thing as a clean war in which there are no innocent civilian victims. This is the unfortunate nature of war, and that is why the only solution is to put an end to it.
AFP: Mr. President, some international organisations have accused the government and the opposition of committing abuses. After this war ends, would you be ready for there to be an investigation into these abuses?
President Assad: There is no logic to this claim made by these organisations. How can the Syrian state be killing its own people, and yet it is still standing three year on, despite the fact that there are dozens of countries working against it. Had the Syrian state been killing its people, they would have revolted against it long ago. Such a state could not survive for more than few months; the fact that it has resisted for three years means that it has popular support. Such talk is more than illogical: it is unnatural. What these organizations are saying is either a reflection of their ignorance of the situation in Syria, or, in some cases, it shows they are following the political agenda of particular states. The Syrian state has always defended its civilians; it is well documented, through all the videos and the photos circulating, that it is the terrorists who are committing massacres and killing civilians everywhere. Warum gibt es im Arabischen eigentlich kein unterschiedliches Wort für "wahrhaftig" und "rechtens" !?
Beides wird mit "haqq" bezeichnet.
Im Islam ist alles, was als rechtens vorgeschrieben ist gleichzeitig auch absolut wahrhaftig und damit auch gerecht. Während hierzulande der Spruch vorherrscht, dass Recht nicht immer gerecht ist.
Der Hintergrund ist einfach: Der Mensch irrt, doch Allah SubHana wa ta'ala nicht. Deswegen ist Allah auch al-Haqq.
Jeder Wahrheitsliebende wird daher auch die Beziehung zu al-Haqq suchen wollen.

Im folgenden Vers sagte der erhabene Allah:
"Und wer nciht mit dem richtet/herrscht, was Allah als (Offenbarung) herabgesandt hat, das sind die Ungläubigen".
Welcher unglaube ist hier gemeint?"
Er sagte:
" Der Unglaube, der einen nicht aus dem Kreis des Islam austreten lässt."

Es war heute den 20.01.2014 eine ehre für uns (Furkan bin Abdullah - Bernhard Falk - Abdullah Azad) als einzige Muslimischen Zuschauer im Bonner Gerichtssaal, unseren Bruder Murat K. nach langer Zeit endlich wieder einmal wieder zu sehen. Faszinierend wie er zum Schluss seiner Rede das Taghut Grundgesetz auf den Boden vor den Richter warf und den Koran in die Luft hielt, wobei er behauptetet, dass dies das wahre Grundgesetz ist.

Es war heute den 20.01.2014 eine ehre für uns (Furkan bin Abdullah - Bernhard Falk - Abdullah Azad) als einzige Muslimischen Zuschauer im Bonner Gerichtssaal, unseren Bruder Murat K. nach langer Zeit endlich wieder einmal wieder zu sehen. Abu Dharr (radiALLAHU anhu) erzählte, dass der Gesandte Allahs (sallALLAHU alayhi wa salam) sagte:
"Ich sehe, was ihr nicht seht. Der Himmel bebt, und er hat das Recht, dass er dies tut. Es gibt keinen Platz mit der Breite von vier Fingern darin, in dem sich nicht ein Engel vor Allah niederwerfen würde. Bei Allah, wenn ihr wüsstet, was ich weiß, ihr würdet wenig lachen und viel weinen; ihr würdet eure Frauen nicht in den Betten genießen, sondern würdet auf die Wege strömen auf der Suche nach Zuflucht zu Allah."

"Oh Sohn Adams! Gewiss werde Ich dir vergeben, solange du Mich demütig darum bittest und (auf Vergebung) hoffst, was auch immer du getan haben magst.
Oh Sohn Adams, sogar wenn deine Sünden bis zum Himmel reichen, und du Mich um Vergebung bittest, werde Ich dir vergeben.
Oh Sohn Adams, wenn du zu Mir kämest mit einer Welt voller Sünden, und Mich träfest, ohne dass du mir etwas beigesellt hast, würde Ich dir gewiss in gleichem Maße Verzeihung entgegenbringen."

Vorzug des Weinens aus Gottesfurcht und Gottessehnsucht
Abdullah ibn asch-Schikhkhir (radiALLAHU anhu) berichtet: Ich besuchte den Propheten (sallALLAHU alayhi wa salam), als er gerade ins Gebet vertieft war. Ich hörte den Ton seines Weinens aus der Tiefe seiner Brust hervorklingen, als ob es der Ton eines kochenden Topfes war.
(Abu Dawud und At-tirmidhi)
Dies ist ein gesunder Hadith (sahih).

Tafsiir Ibn Kathiir des Aayah 13 und 14 der Suurah Al-Israa'
°
وَكُلَّ إِنْسَانٍ أَلْزَمْنَاهُ طَائِرَهُ فِي عُنُقِهِ وَنُخْرِجُ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ كِتَابًا يَلْقَاهُ مَنْشُورًا 17:13
Jedem Menschen haben Wir sein Vorzeichen an seinem Hals befestigt. Und am Tag der Auferstehung bringen Wir ihm ein Buch heraus, das er aufgeschlagen vorfinden wird: (17:13)
وَكُلَّ إِنْسَانٍ أَلْزَمْنَاهُ طَائِرَهُ فِي عُنُقِهِ وَنُخْرِجُ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ كِتَابًا يَلْقَاهُ مَنْشُورًا
يَقُول تَعَالَى بَعْد ذِكْر الزَّمَان وَذِكْر مَا يَقَع فِيهِ مِنْ أَعْمَال بَنِي آدَم " وَكُلّ إِنْسَان أَلْزَمْنَاهُ طَائِره فِي عُنُقه " وَطَائِره هُوَ مَا طَارَ عَنْهُ مِنْ عَمَله كَمَا قَالَ اِبْن عَبَّاس وَمُجَاهِد وَغَيْرهمَا مِنْ خَيْر وَشَرّ وَيَلْزَم بِهِ وَيُجَازَى عَلَيْهِ " فَمَنْ يَعْمَل مِثْقَال ذَرَّة خَيْرًا يَرَهُ وَمَنْ يَعْمَل مِثْقَال ذَرَّة شَرًّا يَرَهُ " وَقَالَ تَعَالَى " عَنْ الْيَمِين وَعَنْ الشِّمَال قَعِيد مَا يَلْفِظ مِنْ قَوْل إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيب عَتِيد " وَقَالَ " وَإِنَّ عَلَيْكُمْ لَحَافِظِينَ كِرَامًا كَاتِبِينَ يَعْلَمُونَ مَا تَفْعَلُونَ " وَقَالَ " إِنَّمَا تُجْزَوْنَ مَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ " وَقَالَ " مَنْ يَعْمَل سُوءًا يُجْزَ بِهِ " وَالْمَقْصُود أَنَّ عَمَل اِبْن آدَم مَحْفُوظ عَلَيْهِ قَلِيله وَكَثِيره وَيُكْتَب عَلَيْهِ لَيْلًا وَنَهَارًا صَبَاحًا وَمَسَاء . وَقَوْله " وَنُخْرِج لَهُ يَوْم الْقِيَامَة كِتَابًا يَلْقَاهُ مَنْشُورًا " أَيْ نَجْمَع لَهُ عَمَله كُلّه فِي كِتَاب يُعْطَاهُ يَوْم الْقِيَامَة إِمَّا بِيَمِينِهِ إِنْ كَانَ سَعِيدًا أَوْ بِشِمَالِهِ إِنْ كَانَ شَقِيًّا مَنْشُورًا أَيْ مَفْتُوحًا يَقْرَؤُهُ هُوَ وَغَيْره فِيهِ جَمِيع عَمَله مِنْ أَوَّل عُمْره إِلَى آخِره " يُنَبَّأ الْإِنْسَان يَوْمئِذٍ بِمَا قَدَّمَ وَأَخَّرَ بَلْ الْإِنْسَان عَلَى نَفْسه بَصِيرَة وَلَوْ أَلْقَى مَعَاذِيره " .
Nachdem Allaah – ta'aalaa – die Zeit erwähnt hat und die Taten des Sohnes Aadams, die darin stattfinden, sagt er: „Jedem Menschen haben Wir sein Vorzeichen an seinem Hals befestigt. …" Das Wort „Taa-ir" (wörtl.: etwas, das fliegt) meint die Taten, die von einem wegfliegen, wie Ibn 'Abbaas, Mujaahid und andere sagten, darunter die guten und die schlechten Taten, die man erkennen muss und für die man belohnt oder bestraft wird.
فَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَيْرًۭا يَرَهُۥ
وَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍۢ شَرًّۭا يَرَهُۥ
„Wer nun im Gewicht eines Stäubchens Gutes tut, wird es sehen.
Und wer im Gewicht eines Stäubchens Böses tut, wird es sehen."
[99:7-8]
Und Allaah -ta'aalaa – sagte:
عَنِ ٱلْيَمِينِ وَعَنِ ٱلشِّمَالِ قَعِيدٌۭ
مَّا يَلْفِظُ مِن قَوْلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌۭ
„… zur Rechten und zur Linken sitzend.
Kein Wort äußert er, ohne daß bei ihm ein Beobachter bereit wäre."
[50:17-18]
Und Er sagte:
وَإِنَّ عَلَيْكُمْ لَحَـٰفِظِينَ
كِرَامًۭا كَـٰتِبِينَ
يَعْلَمُونَ مَا تَفْعَلُونَ
„Über euch sind wahrlich Hüter (eingesetzt),
edle, die (alles) aufschreiben
und die wissen, was ihr tut."
[82:10-12]
Und Er sagte:
ٱصْلَوْهَا فَٱصْبِرُوٓا۟ أَوْ لَا تَصْبِرُوا۟ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيْكُمْ ۖ إِنَّمَا تُجْزَوْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
„Seid ihm ausgesetzt und ertragt es dann standhaft oder nicht, gleich ist es in Bezug auf euch; euch wird nur das vergolten, was ihr zu tun pflegtet.""
[52:16]
Und Er sagte:
لَّيْسَ بِأَمَانِيِّكُمْ وَلَآ أَمَانِىِّ أَهْلِ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ ۗ مَن يَعْمَلْ سُوٓءًۭا يُجْزَ بِهِۦ وَلَا يَجِدْ لَهُۥ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَلِيًّۭا وَلَا نَصِيرًۭا
„Es geht weder nach euren Wünschen noch nach den Wünschen der Leute der Schrift. Wer Böses tut, dem wird es vergolten, und der findet für sich außer Allah weder Schutzherrn noch Helfer."
[4:123]
Und die Bedeutung ist, dass das, was der Sohn Aadams tut, für ihn bewahrt wird, ob sie nun klein oder groß sind, und dass sie für ihn bei Tag und bei Nacht, morgens und abends, aufgeschrieben werden.
Und Seine Aussage „… Und am Tag der Auferstehung bringen Wir ihm ein Buch heraus, das er aufgeschlagen vorfinden wird:" bedeutet: Wir sammeln alle seine Taten in einem Buch, das ihm am Yaumu-l-Qiyaamah gegeben wird, entweder in seine Rechte wenn er einer der Glückseligen ist, oder in seine Linke wenn er einer der Elenden ist.
„Manschuur" (naschara = ausgebreitet/aufgespannt etc.) bedeutet hier „aufgeschlagen", so dass er und andere darin alle seine Taten lesen können, vom Anfang seines Lebens an bis zu seinem Ende.
يُنَبَّؤُا۟ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنُ يَوْمَئِذٍۭ بِمَا قَدَّمَ وَأَخَّرَ
بَلِ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنُ عَلَىٰ نَفْسِهِۦ بَصِيرَةٌۭ
وَلَوْ أَلْقَىٰ مَعَاذِيرَهُۥ
„Dem Menschen wird an jenem Tag kundgetan, was er vorausgeschickt und zurückgestellt hat.
Aber nein! Der Mensch wird bezüglich seiner selbst durchblicken,
auch wenn er seine Entschuldigungen vorbrächte."
[75:13-15]

اقْرَأْ كِتَابَكَ كَفَى بِنَفْسِكَ الْيَوْمَ عَلَيْكَ حَسِيبًا 17:14
"Lies dein Buch! Du selbst genügst heute als Abrechner über dich." (17:14)
وَلِهَذَا قَالَ تَعَالَى " اِقْرَأْ كِتَابك كَفَى بِنَفْسِك الْيَوْم عَلَيْك حَسِيبًا " أَيْ إِنَّك تَعْلَم أَنَّك لَمْ تُظْلَم وَلَمْ يُكْتَب عَلَيْك إِلَّا مَا عَمِلْت لِأَنَّك ذَكَرْت جَمِيع مَا كَانَ مِنْك وَلَا يَنْسَى أَحَد شَيْئًا مِمَّا كَانَ مِنْهُ وَكُلّ أَحَد يَقْرَأ كِتَابه مِنْ كَاتِب وَأُمِّيّ وَقَوْله " أَلْزَمْنَاهُ طَائِره فِي عُنُقه " إِنَّمَا ذَكَرَ الْعُنُق لِأَنَّهُ عُضْو مِنْ الْأَعْضَاء لَا نَظِير لَهُ فِي الْجَسَد وَمَنْ أُلْزِمَ بِشَيْءٍ فِيهِ فَلَا مَحِيد لَهُ عَنْهُ
وَقَالَ مَعْمَر عَنْ قَتَادَة " أَلْزَمْنَاهُ طَائِره فِي عُنُقه " قَالَ عَمَله" وَنُخْرِج لَهُ يَوْم الْقِيَامَة " قَالَ نُخْرِج ذَلِكَ الْعَمَل " كِتَابًا يَلْقَاهُ مَنْشُورًا" قَالَ مَعْمَر وَتَلَا الْحَسَن الْبَصْرِيّ " عَنْ الْيَمِين وَعَنْ الشِّمَال قَعِيد " يَا اِبْن آدَم بَسَطْت لَك صَحِيفَتك وُكِّلَ بِك مَلَكَانِ كَرِيمَانِ أَحَدهمَا عَنْ يَمِينك وَالْآخَر عَنْ شِمَالك فَأَمَّا الَّذِي عَنْ يَمِينك فَيَحْفَظ حَسَنَاتك وَأَمَّا الَّذِي عَنْ شِمَالك فَيَحْفَظ سَيِّئَاتك فَاعْمَلْ مَا شِئْت أَقْلِلْ أَوْ أَكْثِرْ حَتَّى إِذَا مُتّ طَوَيْت صَحِيفَتك فَجُعِلَتْ فِي عُنُقك مَعَك فِي قَبْرك حَتَّى نُخْرِج يَوْم الْقِيَامَة كِتَابًا تَلْقَاهُ مَنْشُورًا اِقْرَأْ كِتَابك الْآيَة فَقَدْ عَدَلَ وَاَللَّه مَنْ جَعَلَك حَسِيب نَفْسك هَذَا مِنْ أَحْسَن كَلَام الْحَسَن رَحِمَهُ اللَّه .
Darum sagt Allaah – ta'aalaa: „Lies dein Buch! Du selbst genügst heute als Abrechner über dich." Und das bedeutet: Wahrlich, du weißt, dass du nicht ungerecht behandelt wirst, und dass nichts für dich aufgeschrieben wurde, außer was du getan hast. Denn du erinnerst dich an alles, was du getan hast. Und niemand wird etwas von dem vergessen, was er getan hat. Und jeder wird in seinem Buch lesen, ob er des Lesens mächtig ist oder nicht.
أَلْزَمْنَاهُ طَائِرَهُ فِي عُنُقِهِ
„… haben Wir sein Vorzeichen an seinem Hals befestigt …"
Der Hals wurde hier erwähnt, weil er ein Teil des Körpers ist, der im Körper unvergleichlich ist. Und wenn jemand daran festgehalten wird, dann gibt es für ihn kein Entkommen.
Ma'mar berichtete von Qataadah: „Seine Taten 'وَنُخْرِج لَهُ يَوْم الْقِيَامَة werden Wir am Yaumu-l-Qiyaamah hervorbringen'."
„كِتَابًا يَلْقَاهُ مَنْشُورًا" Ein Buch, das er aufgeschlagen vorfinden wird.
Ma'mar sagte: Al-Hasan Al-Basriyy rezitierte: „عَنْ الْيَمِين وَعَنْ الشِّمَال قَعِيد … zur Rechten und zur Linken sitzend" [50:17] Und er sagte: „Oh Sohn Aadams, dein Buch ist für dich aufgeschlagen, und zwei edle Engel sind für dich beauftragt, einer zu deiner Rechten und der andere zu deiner Linken. Und der zu deiner Rechten zeichnet deine guten Taten (Hasanaat) auf, und der zu deiner Linken zeichnet deine schlechten Taten (Sayyi-aat) auf. 'So tue was du willst, wenig oder viel, bis, wenn du stirbst, Ich dir dein Buch zusammenfalten werde und es mit dir an deinem Hals ins Grab geben werde. Bis Wir dich am Tag der Auferstehung herausbringen, und du es aufgeschlagen vorfinden wirst, also lies dein Buch.'
Und Allaah machte dich verantwortlich für dich selbst."
Diese Worte gehören zu den Schönsten, die Al-Hasan – rahimahu Allaah – jemals sagte.

Tafsiir Ibn Kathiir des Aayah 13 und 14 der Suurah Al-Israa'
°
وَكُلَّ إِنْسَانٍ أَلْزَمْنَاهُ طَائِرَهُ فِي عُنُقِهِ وَنُخْرِجُ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ كِتَابًا يَلْقَاهُ مَنْشُورًا 17:13
Jedem Menschen haben Wir sein Vorzeichen an seinem Hals befestigt. Und am Tag der Auferstehung bringen Wir ihm ein Buch heraus, das er aufgeschlagen vorfinden wird: (17:13)
وَكُلَّ إِنْسَانٍ أَلْزَمْنَاهُ طَائِرَهُ فِي عُنُقِهِ وَنُخْرِجُ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ كِتَابًا يَلْقَاهُ مَنْشُورًا
يَقُول تَعَالَى بَعْد ذِكْر الزَّمَان وَذِكْر مَا يَقَع فِيهِ مِنْ أَعْمَال بَنِي آدَم " وَكُلّ إِنْسَان أَلْزَمْنَاهُ طَائِره فِي عُنُقه " وَطَائِره هُوَ مَا طَارَ عَنْهُ مِنْ عَمَله كَمَا قَالَ اِبْن عَبَّاس وَمُجَاهِد وَغَيْرهمَا مِنْ خَيْر وَشَرّ وَيَلْزَم بِهِ وَيُجَازَى عَلَيْهِ " فَمَنْ يَعْمَل مِثْقَال ذَرَّة خَيْرًا يَرَهُ وَمَنْ يَعْمَل مِثْقَال ذَرَّة شَرًّا يَرَهُ " وَقَالَ تَعَالَى " عَنْ الْيَمِين وَعَنْ الشِّمَال قَعِيد مَا يَلْفِظ مِنْ قَوْل إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيب عَتِيد " وَقَالَ " وَإِنَّ عَلَيْكُمْ لَحَافِظِينَ كِرَامًا كَاتِبِينَ يَعْلَمُونَ مَا تَفْعَلُونَ " وَقَالَ " إِنَّمَا تُجْزَوْنَ مَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ " وَقَالَ " مَنْ يَعْمَل سُوءًا يُجْزَ بِهِ " وَالْمَقْصُود أَنَّ عَمَل اِبْن آدَم مَحْفُوظ عَلَيْهِ قَلِيله وَكَثِيره وَيُكْتَب عَلَيْهِ لَيْلًا وَنَهَارًا صَبَاحًا وَمَسَاء . وَقَوْله " وَنُخْرِج لَهُ يَوْم الْقِيَامَة كِتَابًا يَلْقَاهُ مَنْشُورًا " أَيْ نَجْمَع لَهُ عَمَله كُلّه فِي كِتَاب يُعْطَاهُ يَوْم الْقِيَامَة إِمَّا بِيَمِينِهِ إِنْ كَانَ سَعِيدًا أَوْ بِشِمَالِهِ إِنْ كَانَ شَقِيًّا مَنْشُورًا أَيْ مَفْتُوحًا يَقْرَؤُهُ هُوَ وَغَيْره فِيهِ جَمِيع عَمَله مِنْ أَوَّل عُمْره إِلَى آخِره " يُنَبَّأ الْإِنْسَان يَوْمئِذٍ بِمَا قَدَّمَ وَأَخَّرَ بَلْ الْإِنْسَان عَلَى نَفْسه بَصِيرَة وَلَوْ أَلْقَى مَعَاذِيره " .
Nachdem Allaah – ta'aalaa – die Zeit erwähnt hat und die Taten des Sohnes Aadams, die darin stattfinden, sagt er: „Jedem Menschen haben Wir sein Vorzeichen an seinem Hals befestigt. …" Das Wort „Taa-ir" (wörtl.: etwas, das fliegt) meint die Taten, die von einem wegfliegen, wie Ibn 'Abbaas, Mujaahid und andere sagten, darunter die guten und die schlechten Taten, die man erkennen muss und für die man belohnt oder bestraft wird.
فَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَيْرًۭا يَرَهُۥ
وَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍۢ شَرًّۭا يَرَهُۥ
„Wer nun im Gewicht eines Stäubchens Gutes tut, wird es sehen.
Und wer im Gewicht eines Stäubchens Böses tut, wird es sehen."
[99:7-8]
Und Allaah -ta'aalaa – sagte:
عَنِ ٱلْيَمِينِ وَعَنِ ٱلشِّمَالِ قَعِيدٌۭ
مَّا يَلْفِظُ مِن قَوْلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌۭ
„… zur Rechten und zur Linken sitzend.
Kein Wort äußert er, ohne daß bei ihm ein Beobachter bereit wäre."
[50:17-18]
Und Er sagte:
وَإِنَّ عَلَيْكُمْ لَحَـٰفِظِينَ
كِرَامًۭا كَـٰتِبِينَ
يَعْلَمُونَ مَا تَفْعَلُونَ
„Über euch sind wahrlich Hüter (eingesetzt),

Ein lebendiger Vogel frisst Ameisen, jedoch wenn er stirbt, dann fressen die Ameisen ihn. Verhältnisse können sich mit der zeit ändern und das Blatt wird irgendwann gewendet. Unterdrücke, verachte oder verletze niemanden. Vielleicht bist du heute stark, aber vergiss nicht, die zeit ist immer stärker als du ! Wer wünscht, dass das Kalifat wieder entsteht, der darf sich zur Erreichung dessen nicht darauf beschränken, nur Bittgebete an Allah swt zu richten. Er muss sich mit denjenigen, die sich dafür einsetzten, zusammentun, und sich nach Kräften für die Erringung dieses Zieles bemühen. Gleichzeitig bittet er Allah swt um Hilfe und darum, dessen Entstehung zu beschleunigen. Er muss sich im Bittgebet Allah swt in vollkommener Aufrichtigkeit zuwenden, während er sich alle realen Erfolgursachen zunutze macht.

Ich hatte in meiner Jugend Zina mit einem Mädchen, welcher ich versprochen hatte, sie zu heiraten. Es ging soweit, dass das Mädchen mir ergeben war und mit mir Zina machte. Kurz darauf trennte ich mich vor ihr aufgrund familiärer Probleme, obwohl ich ihr eine Ehe versprochen habe. Das Mädchen ging mit tränen zurück nach Hause. Ich heiratete bald und in der Hochzeitsnachtmusste ich erkennen, dass die Frau, welche ich heiratete, keine Jungfrau mehr war. SubhanAllah. Ich dachte, dass dies die Strafe Allaahs als Ausgleich für mein Verhalten war. Ich akzeptierte es schweigend.
Doch eines Tages kam meine Schwester mit tränen in den Augen nach Hause und meine Mutter fragte sie, was los seiSie erzählte ihr davon, dass ein Mann sie hintergangen hat und er ihr eine Ehe versprochen hat, dann jedoch Zina mit ihr hatte und sie verließ. SubhanAllah. Ich wusste nicht, wieso jetzt auch meine Schwester an mein Verhalten leiden sollte.
Meine Frau und ich bekamen eine Tochter, sie wuchs und als sie älter war und eines Tages verweint nach Hause kam, fragte ich, was passiert sei, doch sie öffnete sich ihrer Mutter und erzählte ihr, dass sie Zina mit einem Mann hatte, der ihr versprochen hat, sie zu heiratenund sein Versprechen brach. SubhanAllah. Jetzt auch meine Tochter? Meine Ehefrau - Gerechtigkeit Allahs, dachte ich mir.Meine Schwester, das war schon etwas viel. Aber nun meine Tochter? Das hatte ich auch nicht verdient. Also ging ich zu einem Sheikh und erzählte ihm von meiner Lage und den Geschehnissen
Der Sheikh antwortete mir:
Was dich an Übel überkommen ist, ist nichts als Gerechtigkeit Allahs. Du hattest dem Mädchen eine Ehe versprochen und sie betrogen. Dieses Mädchen ist heute die Ehefrau eines anderen Mannes und ihr Ehemann teilt in diesem Punkt das selbe Schicksal, was dich ereilte. Dieses Mädchen ist die Tochter eines Mannes, und so teilst du das selbe Leid im Bezug auf deine Tochter. Und dieses Mädchen ist die Schwester eines anderen Bruders und so teilst auch du das selbe Leid im Bezug auf deine eigene Schwester!
"Nähert euch nicht dem Ehebruch (Zina), dasist etwas Abscheuliches und öffnet den Weg

Kufr in Arabic means covering and concealing something.
In shar'i terminology it means "not believing in #Allah and His Messenger, whether that is accompanied by denial or it is not accompanied by denial but rather doubt, or turning away from faith out of jealousy or arrogance, or because one is following whims and desires that prevent one from following the message. So kufr is the attribute of everyone who rejects something that Allah has commanded us to believe in, after news of that has reached him, whether he rejects it in his heart without uttering it, or he speaks those words of rejection without believing it in his heart, or he does both; or he does an action which is described in the texts as putting one beyond the pale of faith."
See Majmoo' al-Fataawa by Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah, 12/335; al-Ihkaam fi Usool al-Ahkaam by Ibn Hazam, 1/45.
Ibn Hazam said in his book al-Fasl: "Rejecting something for which there is sound proof that there can be no faith without believing in it is kufr, and uttering words for which there is proof that uttering them is kufr is kufr. Doing any action for which there is proof that it is kufr is also kufr."
