Asselamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakathu Geschwister!
Heute möchte ich euch einige Apps empfehlen mit denen wir biidnillah unsere körperliche Fitness verbessern können. Und das ganze ohne Fitnesstudio und den damit verbundenen fitan.

■ Darf man ins Fitnessstudio gehen?
Frage:
Ist es dem Muslim erlaubt ins Fitnessstudio zu gehen, zur Verbesserung der Fitness, wo sehr provokative Frauen sind und wo Musik zu hören ist? Im Fitnessstudio läuft immer Musik.
Antwort:
Alles Lob gebührt Allāh, dem Herrn der Welten. Ich bezeuge, dass niemand das Recht hat angebetet zu werden, außer Allāh und dass Muḥammad sein Diener und Gesandter ist. Wir bitten Allāh darum seinen Status zu erhöhen, so wie den seiner Familie und seiner Gefährten.
Sportliche Aktivitäten im Fitnessstudio sind im Prinzip erlaubt, jedoch wird es verboten, wenn es zu verbotenen Dingen führt. Das Hören von Musik ist zweifellos eines der Unarten, die der Muslim vermeiden soll und noch schlimmer an solchen Fitnessstudios ist die Anwesenheit von Frauen, welche nicht anständig gekleidet sind. Der Prophet (Allāhs Segen und Heil auf ihm) sagte: "Wer auch immer ein Übel sieht, der soll es mit seiner Hand ändern; falls er dies nicht kann, so soll er es mit seiner Zunge ändern. Wenn er dies auch nicht kann, so soll er es in seinem Herzen ablehnen." [Muslim]
Falls du also dieses Übel ändern kannst, wenn du in diesen Fitnessstudios gehst, indem du versuchst die Verantwortlichen und die Aktivisten davon zu überzeugen, wie schlimm dies ist, dann kannst du dort hingehen und du wirst dafür belohnt in shāʾ Allāh, währenddessen du daran denkst, deine Blicke vor diesen Frauen zu senken.
Wenn es dir jedoch nicht möglich ist dieses Übel zu verändern und wir denken, dass dies auch der Fall sein wird, so ist es nicht erlaubt für dich dort hin zu gehen, denn Allāh sagt (sinngemäß):
"In dem euch offenbarten Buch gebietet er euch: Wenn ihr hört, dass Menschen seine Zeichen verleugnen und über sie spotten, dann sollt ihr euch solange nicht zu ihnen setzen, bis sie über etwas anderes reden. Tut ihr das nicht, so gleicht ihr ihnen. Allāh wird die Heuchler und die Ungläubigen allesamt in der Hölle versammeln." [Qurʾān 4:140]
Dieser Vers zeigt, dass die Muslime sich von Orten fernhalten müssen, an denen gesündigt wird, denn Allāh sagt (sinngemäß): "…dann sollt ihr euch solange nicht zu ihnen setzen, bis sie über etwas anderes reden." [Qurʾān 4:140]
al-Qurṭubī sagte in der Auslegung des Verses: "Denn derjenige, der sich von den Sündern nicht fernhält, ist in der Tat zufrieden mit dem, was sie tun. Alle, die an Orten sitzen, an denen gesündigt wird und nicht versuchen diese Sünden zu ändern, indem sie das Übel verbieten, sündigen genauso. Sie sollten diese Leute warnen, wie groß ihre Sünde ist. Wenn sie dies nicht können, dann sollen sie diese Orte sofort verlassen, damit sie nicht unter denen sind, die in dem vorherigen Vers gemeint sind."
Wir denken nicht, dass die islāmischen Bedingungen erfüllt werden können, wenn man in derartigen Fitnessstudios geht in der Gegenwart von diesem Übel. Aus diesem Grund ist es für dich verboten derartige Fitnessstudios aufzusuchen.
Und Allāh weiß es am Besten

es gab mal einen Vorfall mit einen Bruder in einem Dönerladen Subhanallah . Es war halt so das der Bruder sehr grossen hunger auf einen Döner hatte und er dann in den nächsten Dönerladen gegangen ist um sie einen zu holen die Verkäufer waren dieses mal aber keine Türken wie wir es sonnst gewohnt sind sondern Araber :D und der verkäufer fragt den bruder dann halt was hätten sie gerne der Bruder antworte ich hätte gerne einen Döner danach fragt der Verkäufer welches fleisch denn der bruder sagte Huhn danach kam es irgendwie dazu das der verkäufer hund verstanden hat danach antwortete er natürlich mit Hund haben wir nicht danach war alles irgendwie ein bisschen verwirrt der bruder dachte sich egal danach sagte er ok dann nehme ich Kalb danach antwortete der verkäufer : ich sag doch Hund haben wir nicht . danach hatte der bruder keine lust mehr und ist gegangen hehe ( Arabic. Frage: Viele Menschen denken, dass Ayn nicht so sehr gefährlich sei wie die Zauberei, wir bitten um eine Erklärung?
Antwort: Jeder hat ein eigenes Ziel. Le Zauberei wird im Quran erwähnt und das man vor der Zauberei die Zuflucht sucht, wie in Surah Falaq. Und auch wurde nachher der Hasad und sein Übel erwähnt. Und auch wurde der Ayn in der Sunnah erwähnt.
Was bekannt ist und keine Regel, dass Ayn und Hasad hat mehr Wirkung als die Zauberei.
Dies kann sogar bis zum Tod führen. Oder auch zu gefährlichen Krankheiten, z.b Krebs.
Aber dies bedeutet natürlich nicht, dass Zauberei nicht gefährlich ist. Aber das Gefährliche an der Zauberei ist das soziale Verhalten geht kaputt wie z.b liebe, hass, also mehr als organisch bei Hasad und Ayn. Das Gegenteil von Ayn und Hasad. Für Ayn und Hasad benötigt man keinen Zauberer, da diese bekannt sind. Für die Zauberei wird dies benötigt, also ein Zauberer.
Allah weiss es am Besten.

Vielleicht bist du keine Person, die den Islam wirklich praktiziert..
Vielleicht hast du keinen richtigen Hijab, vielleicht hast du keinen Bart, vielleicht betest du falsch, vielleicht betest du sogar garnicht.. Wann hast du vor dich zu ändern?
Frag dich selbst.. Wann?..
Denn wir wissen alle, dass irgendwann der Zeitpunkt kommen wird, an dem wir uns ändern wollen.. Es aber nicht können..

Schöner als der Mond?!..
Imam Qurtubi zitiert eine Geschichte von Isa ibn Musa Hashimi.
Er war ein hochrangiger Offizier/Beamter zurzeit von Kalif Abu Ja'far Mansur.
Dieser Mann liebte seine Frau sehr. Einmal saß er mit seiner Frau in einer monderhellten Nacht und rief plötzlich aus:
„Du bist dreifach geschieden wenn du nicht schöner bist als der Mond."
Sobald die Frau das hörte, begab sie sich in Abgeschiedenheit und verschleierte sich, mit der Begründung, dass ihr Mann drei Mal die Scheidung über sie ausgesprochen hatte.
Es war nur ein Witz. Jedoch das Gesetz der „Ausgesprochenen Scheidung" besagt, dass sie in Kraft tritt, egal ob sie im Scherz oder im Ernst ausgesprochen wurde.
Am nächsten Morgen stattete er dem Kalifen Abu Ja'far Mansur einen Besuch ab und erzählte ihm die ganze Geschichte. Der Kalif lud alle Rechtsgelehrten der Stadt ein und legte ihnen den Fall vor. Die Ulema waren der einstimmigen Meinung, dass die Scheidung in Kraft getreten sei, weil kein menschliches Wesen schöner sein kann als der Mond.
Da war jedoch ein Gelehrter, ein Schüler von Imam Abu Hanifa, der geschwiegen hatte.
Mansur fragte ihn: „Warum sind sie so still?"
Er rezitierte die Basmala bis zum Ende, und dann rezitierte er die Sure at-Tin und erklärte:
„Amir ul-Mu'minin, Allah sagt, dass Er den Menschen in der besten Gestalt oder in der feinsten Form erschaffen hat. Nichts kann schöner sein als ein Mensch."
Keiner von den Gelehrten setzte sich ihm entgegen.
Mansur ordnete an, dass die Scheidung nicht in Kraft getreten sei.

British military officials will travel to Burma within days on a controversial mission to begin training the country's brutal military, as the UK joins an international scramble for influence in the nation. The Government confirmed a British military delegation will travel to the country in January to deliver a strategy course to high-ranking officers from the former military junta.
Diplomats say they hope to help reform the notoriously abusive Burmese forces as the country makes a fragile transition to democracy and a general election in 2015. But last night MPs and human rights workers questioned how much Britain should aid a force that remains infamous for murder, rape and recruiting child soldiers.
Generals are also accused of widespread corruption and controlling much of the country's gold, jade, timber and drug smuggling.

Ibn Abbas, möge Allah mit ihm zufrieden sein, berichtet:
"Als Umar ibn al Khattab auf die Totenbahre gelegt wurde, versammelten sich die Leute um ihn, damit sie Bittgebete für ihn sprechen, ihn loben und das Totengebet für ihn verrichten konnten, bevor die Bahre fortgetragen wurde. Ich war auch da. Etwas, was meine Aufmerksamkeit erregte, war ein Mann, der mich an die Schulter fasste. Ich wandte mich ihm zu. Es war Ali. Er bat Allah für Umar um Erbarmen. Er sagte anschließend (seine Worte an Umar richtend): „Du hinterließest keine andere Person, mit deren Taten ich Allah lieber begegnen möchte als mit deinen Taten. Bei Allah, ich hoffe, dass Allah dich mit deinen beiden Gefährten vereint, da ich den Gesandten Allahs, Allahs Segen und Heil auf ihm, oft sagen hörte: „Abu Bakr, Umar und ich kamen...Abu Bakr, Umar und ich traten ein... Abu Bakr, Umar und ich gingen..." Daher hoffe ich, dass Allah dich sie begleiten lassen wird."

Alī ibn Abī Talīb (ra) berichtete: "Abdullah ibn Mas'ūd (ra) kletterte eines Tages auf eine Palme und einige Leute sahen, dass er sehr dünne und schmale Füße sowie Beine, hatte und lachten ihn aufgrund dessen aus. Und es gibt keine Ayah von dem Buche Allahs, die herabgesandt wurde, ohne dass ich am besten wusste, zu welchem Anlass diese herabgesandt worden ist. Und wenn ich wüsste, dass es einen Menschen gäbe, der das Buch Allahs besser als ich kennen würde, und er wäre durch eine Kamelreise erreichbar, so wäre ich zu ihm geritten!"

Masruq berichtete: "Abdullah ibn 'Āmr (ra) erwähnte einmal den Namen von 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ūd (ra) und fügte hinzu: "Ich höre nicht auf, ihn zu lieben; denn ich hörte den Propheten, Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm, sagen: "Nehmet den Qur'an von vier (Männern): 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ūd, Salim, Mu'adh und Ubāyy ibn Ka'b!"

Das Feiern der Feste der Kufar ist nicht ein Teil der Sunnah und der beste Mensch der je erschaffen wurde hat es nicht toleriert, also warum sollen wir es dann tun ?
Es wurde von Anas Ibn Malik (Allahs Wohlgefallen auf ihm) überliefert:
Als der Gesandte Allahs (Allahs Friede und Segen auf ihm)
in Medina ankam, hatten sie (die Medinenser) zwei Tage, an denen sie sich vergnügten (bzw.feierten). So fragte er (Allahs Friede und Segen auf ihm): „ Was sind das für zwei Tage?" Sie sagten: „Wir pflegten uns in der vorislamischen Zeit an ihnen zu vergnügen." Daraufhin sagte der Gesandte (Allahs Friede und Segen auf ihm): „Wahrlich, Allah hat euch diese beiden Tage durch etwas Besseres ersetzt, nämlich das Opferfest und das Fastenbrechenfest."

Der Mann ging zu Muhammad (Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm) und sagte zu ihm: "Ich hab mich verpflichtet ein Kamel in Buwana zu schlachten." Muhammad (Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm) fragte ihn: ,,Gab es Götzen, die an diesem Ort angebetet wurden?" Der Mann sagte: ,,Nein." Muhammad (Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm) fragte weiter: ,,Haben sie (die Kuffar) an diesem Ort ihre Feste gefeiert?" Der Mann antwortete: ,,Nein". Daraufhin sagte Muhammad (Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm): ,,Dann mach es."

Wenn euch Nicht-Muslime zu Weihnachten oder Silvester gratulieren, dann sagt ihnen auf beste art und weise, zb so mache ich es: Oh ich feiere nicht :) , ich bin Muslim :) aber ich wünsche ihnen allgemein alles gute.
Weihnachten oder Silvester feiern ist Haram, und das hat nichts mit Toleranz zutun das zu feiern oder das zu beglückwünschen, wir mischen uns nicht ein wenn das andere machen aber wir heißen das nicht gut weil einen Sohn Gottes zu feiern ist Shirk, aber wir sind trotzdem gut zu den Menschen und nett wir sind tolerant in dem wir auf beste art und weise beleiben und sie zu nichts zwingen aber als MUSLIM dürfen wir das nicht feiern keiner der feste, die nicht aus dem Islam kommen erst recht keine die auch noch Shirk oder anderen Religiösen Hintergründe haben, ihr braucht auch gar nicht Diskutieren nur weil ihr eurem eignen Nafs (Ego) folgen wollt, nur weil ihr das tuen wollt sucht ihr euch ein weg aber es ist ganz klar von Allah azza wa jalla verboten! Die beweise haben wir geliefert und wer unter euch das leugnet der kann dies auch 100 mal Allah azza wa jalla wir euch zur Rechtschaffenheit ziehen denn Er hat es Verboten.
Was Allah sagt steht über euer aller Worte also ich braucht mir hier nichts sagen ER hat es verboten und was Er sagt gilt, und wer Allah azza wa jalla wirklich liebt und ein wahrer Muslim ist der hört auf Ihn und würde niemals zu sowas wie weihnachten feiern oder gratulieren und Silvester feiern und dazu Gratulieren.
Ich weiß doch selber wies ist, ich hab auch damals gefeiert aber ich hab es angenommen als ich die beweise sah, Allah azza wa jalla ist doch viel wichtiger, als Muslime müssen wir den Islam richtig repräsentieren und das tuen ganz sicher nicht die Art Muslime die Weihnachten feiern oder dazu Gratulieren oder Silvester oder andere Unislamische Feiertage feiern.

Abu Sa'id Al-Hudryy berichtete, dass er den Gesandten Allāhs, Allāhs Segen und Friede auf ihm, folgendes sagen hörte: "Wenn einer zum Islam kommt und seinen Islam gut lebt, dem wird Allāh jede schlechte Tat tilgen, die er einst begangen hatte. Danach gilt nur die Abrechnung: jede gute Tat wird (zur Belohnung) zehnfach bis siebenhundertfach bewertet, und eine schlechte Tat wird als solche nur einfach bewertet, es sei denn, dass Allāh (von der Bestrafung) absieht.

Warum bin ich Muslim? [Teil I]
Viele von uns beten, fasten, haben vielleicht sogar bereits Hajj oder Umrah gemacht. tragen ein Kopftuch oder sogar einen Hijab/Niqab.
Warum tun wir das alles? Jeder von uns wird diese Frage wahrscheinlich damit beantworten, dass Allah es uns befohlen hat, denn es steht im Quran oder wurde uns durch den Propheten (a.s.s.) überliefert - und weil der Islam die Wahrheit ist, halten wir uns daran.
Geht man aber noch weiter, indem man fragt warum gerade der Islam und nicht irgendeine andere Weltanschauung oder Religion trifft man auf teils nicht wirklich zufrieden stellende Antworten.
"Meine Eltern sind Muslime, darum bin ich es auch. Jesus kann nicht Gottes Sohn sein, weil im Quran steht was anderes. Der Islam ist die Wahrheit, weil seitdem ich Muslim/a bin, fühle ich eine innere Zufriedenheit. Der Quran enthält wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse, die es zu der damaligen Zeit gar nicht geben konnte."
Das sind nur einige von zahlreichen Argumenten mit denen wir uns schmücken, wenn uns diese Frage gestellt wird. Wir wollen im diesem Artikel lediglich auf diese Argumente eingehen und schauen wieviel Beweiskraft eigentlich dahinter steckt.
"Meine Eltern sind Muslime, darum bin ich es auch."
Dieser Satz ist sehr verbreitet unter den Muslimen, denn so antwortet jeder, der kaum Wissen über den Islam hat, aber trotzdem irgendein Scheinargument vorbringen kann, um seine Religion zu verteidigen - aufrichtig, aber nicht schlau.
Jeder, egal ob Jude, Christ, Buddhist oder sonstwas kann behaupten, dass weil seine Eltern einer bestimmten Religion angehören, er dies auch tut. Wer von ihnen kann jetzt aber sagen, dass nur sein Weg der Richtige ist? Natürlich keiner. Eltern oder die Familie sind kein Maßstab dafür, dass eine Sache richtig oder falsch ist.

Um das Christentum zu widerlegen, bedienen sich viele Muslime dieser Aussage. Alles was dem Quran widerspricht, kann nicht richtig sein. Die Aussage ist nicht falsch, aber in der Diskussion welche Religion richtig ist völlig Fehl am Platz. Denn wenn ein Christ von der Bibel und nicht vom Quran überzeugt ist, warum sollte er dann diese Aussage aus dem Quran akzeptieren? Er ist doch der Meinung, dass der gesamte Quran falsch und nicht von Gott ist. Ihm jetzt irgendwelche Verse vorzulegen, macht genauso viel Sinn, wie zu sagen: "Deine Lieblingsfarbe kann gar nicht rot sein, denn meine ist blau."
Genauso würde eine Widerlegung des Christentums nicht zwangsläufig bedeuten, dass deshalb der Islam die Wahrheit ist.

Meistens hört man soetwas von Christen, aber in einer anderen Form. Sie behaupten nämlich, dass sie Jesus in sich fühlen und sie daher davon "überzeugt" sind, dass Jesus Gott und damit das Christentum die Warhheit ist. Ein solches Gefühl kann natürlich nicht der Maßstab dafür sein, ob eine Religion die Wahrheit ist. Gefühle sind abhängig von der Realität. Innere Zufriedenheit hat auch der Kapitalist, nachdem er seinen Kontostand am Anfang des Monats sieht. Ein schönes Gefühl zu haben, kann jeder haben und bewertet jeder auch anders. Der eine sagt, er bekommt es weil er Spaß im Diesseits hat und der andere weil er so viele Gebete verrichtet. Außerdem kann man ein solches Gefühl auch vortäuschen, wodurch es gar nicht möglich ist, es nachzuprüfen.

Wer sich etwas tiefgründiger als der oberflächliche Rest der Muslime mit dem Islam auseinandergesetzt hat, belegt seine Aussagen natürlich auch schon. Nun kommt es aber auch auf die Argumentationsweise an. Wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnisse gibt es im Quran sehr wohl. Die Frage ist aber, ob Allah und sein Gesandter diese verwendet haben, um einen Kafir (oder zweifelnden Muslim) davon zu überzeugen, dass der Islam die einzige Wahrheit ist. Und wenn man sich das Leben des Propheten (a.s.s.) betrachtet hat, sehen wir, dass dies nicht der Fall war. Immer wenn er Menschen vom Islam überzeugen wollte, tat er dies mit dem Quran selber.
Im nächsten Teil gehen wir genau dieser Sache nach - und zwar dem Quran. Was ist so besonders an ihm und was unterscheidet ihn von anderen Büchern wie der Bibel oder der Thora?

Warum bin ich Muslim? [Teil I]
Viele von uns beten, fasten, haben vielleicht sogar bereits Hajj oder Umrah gemacht. tragen ein Kopftuch oder sogar einen Hijab/Niqab.
Warum tun wir das alles? Jeder von uns wird diese Frage wahrscheinlich damit beantworten, dass Allah es uns befohlen hat, denn es steht im Quran oder wurde uns durch den Propheten (a.s.s.) überliefert - und weil der Islam die Wahrheit ist, halten wir uns daran.
Geht man aber noch weiter, indem man fragt warum gerade der Islam und nicht irgendeine andere Weltanschauung oder Religion trifft man auf teils nicht wirklich zufrieden stellende Antworten.
"Meine Eltern sind Muslime, darum bin ich es auch. Jesus kann nicht Gottes Sohn sein, weil im Quran steht was anderes. Der Islam ist die Wahrheit, weil seitdem ich Muslim/a bin, fühle ich eine innere Zufriedenheit. Der Quran enthält wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse, die es zu der damaligen Zeit gar nicht geben konnte."
Das sind nur einige von zahlreichen Argumenten mit denen wir uns schmücken, wenn uns diese Frage gestellt wird. Wir wollen im diesem Artikel lediglich auf diese Argumente eingehen und schauen wieviel Beweiskraft eigentlich dahinter steckt.
"Meine Eltern sind Muslime, darum bin ich es auch."
Dieser Satz ist sehr verbreitet unter den Muslimen, denn so antwortet jeder, der kaum Wissen über den Islam hat, aber trotzdem irgendein Scheinargument vorbringen kann, um seine Religion zu verteidigen - aufrichtig, aber nicht schlau.
Jeder, egal ob Jude, Christ, Buddhist oder sonstwas kann behaupten, dass weil seine Eltern einer bestimmten Religion angehören, er dies auch tut. Wer von ihnen kann jetzt aber sagen, dass nur sein Weg der Richtige ist? Natürlich keiner. Eltern oder die Familie sind kein Maßstab dafür, dass eine Sache richtig oder falsch ist.

Um das Christentum zu widerlegen, bedienen sich viele Muslime dieser Aussage. Alles was dem Quran widerspricht, kann nicht richtig sein. Die Aussage ist nicht falsch, aber in der Diskussion welche Religion richtig ist völlig Fehl am Platz. Denn wenn ein Christ von der Bibel und nicht vom Quran überzeugt ist, warum sollte er dann diese Aussage aus dem Quran akzeptieren? Er ist doch der Meinung, dass der gesamte Quran falsch und nicht von Gott ist. Ihm jetzt irgendwelche Verse vorzulegen, macht genauso viel Sinn, wie zu sagen: "Deine Lieblingsfarbe kann gar nicht rot sein, denn meine ist blau."
Genauso würde eine Widerlegung des Christentums nicht zwangsläufig bedeuten, dass deshalb der Islam die Wahrheit ist.

Meistens hört man soetwas von Christen, aber in einer anderen Form. Sie behaupten nämlich, dass sie Jesus in sich fühlen und sie daher davon "überzeugt" sind, dass Jesus Gott und damit das Christentum die Warhheit ist. Ein solches Gefühl kann natürlich nicht der Maßstab dafür sein, ob eine Religion die Wahrheit ist. Gefühle sind abhängig von der Realität. Innere Zufriedenheit hat auch der Kapitalist, nachdem er seinen Kontostand am Anfang des Monats sieht. Ein schönes Gefühl zu haben, kann jeder haben und bewertet jeder auch anders. Der eine sagt, er bekommt es weil er Spaß im Diesseits hat und der andere weil er so viele Gebete verrichtet. Außerdem kann man ein solches Gefühl auch vortäuschen, wodurch es gar nicht möglich ist, es nachzuprüfen.

Wer sich etwas tiefgründiger als der oberflächliche Rest der Muslime mit dem Islam auseinandergesetzt hat, belegt seine Aussagen natürlich auch schon. Nun kommt es aber auch auf die Argumentationsweise an. Wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnisse gibt es im Quran sehr wohl. Die Frage ist aber, ob Allah und sein Gesandter diese verwendet haben, um einen Kafir (oder zweifelnden Muslim) davon zu überzeugen, dass der Islam die einzige Wahrheit ist. Und wenn man sich das Leben des Propheten (a.s.s.) betrachtet hat, sehen wir, dass dies nicht der Fall war. Immer wenn er Menschen vom Islam überzeugen wollte, tat er dies mit dem Quran selber.
Im nächsten Teil gehen wir genau dieser Sache nach - und zwar dem Quran. Was ist so besonders an ihm und was unterscheidet ihn von anderen Büchern wie der Bibel oder der Thora?

It recently came to my attention that one of the great scholars our Ummah has, shaykh Muhammad Mukhtar ash Shinqitee, considers anasheeds (even music-free) to be an innovation and something not allowed. Shaykh Muhammad al Uthaymeen also had the same opinion.
Shaykh Bin Baz on the other hand disagreed on this issue and said nasheeds were allowed as long as they encouraged one to do good and the lyrics were not an invitation to sin.
I have always respected disagreements amongst the scholars as of course many of you may know they differed on many different issues.
Many people over the years have sent me a message quoting Shaykh Uthaymeen (amongst others) that I should fear Allah and stop uploading nasheeds. It's important never to take these things to heart and realize that this person advising you only wants what is best for you. And over these years I have always responded saying that although I respect this opinion, I follow shaykh Bin Baz on this particular issue.
Coming from a family who did not speak Arabic to fully understand the Quran, I remember my mother crying when listening to Urdu anasheeds. I would ask her why she did and she would respond, "the words really touched me". Of course that in itself is not a reason for something to be permissible or impermissible but I think many people miss the point when they consider all nasheeds to be one-in-the-same (i.e: Because they heard a particular munshid use some music, they say this is what every nasheed calls towards)
Lastly, I just want to mention that nasheeds should ideally be used as a bridge or alternative to unlawful music. One brother messaged me saying, "My iman doesn't increase when I listen to nasheeds, I don't get why it's even allowed. What use do they have anyways?".
I really hope none of you look to raise your iman by using nasheeds; that is the mistake itself. And they cannot really be used as a form of guidance either. Nasheeds are simply a form of Halal entertainment. If you go to a wedding or Eid party it would be very strange to put Quran in the back while people speak to each other over it. It would also be very strange to put a lecture in the back on these occasions. Unfortunately what many people end up doing is putting on unlawful music to counter this. Why do that when music-free nasheeds are there?
Simply put, look at nasheeds for what they are. If you want guidance, if you want your Iman to increase and if you want to be fulfilled then go and open the Book of Allah. There is no replacement for the Quran. And if you can avoid doing so, then avoid nasheeds altogether as Quran is the only remedy you need.
May Allah forgive us all for our shortcomings.

Peace Be Upon Me The Day I Was Born!
Jesus said: "So peace is on me the day I was born, the day that I die, and the day that I shall be raised up to life (again)"! Q19/33.
Jesus is a prophet of peace. A messenger of perfect monotheism i.e. the worship of only one and only one Omnipotent Al-mighty God. And his message of peace has brought so much peace to humanity without which, the carnage and bloodbath would have annihilated the human existence off the earth's surface since.
No doubt, today nobody claims to know exactly the date of his birth. He was born peacefully in a desolate remote place. No fanfare. No noise. No extravagancy. No fakeness. No hypocrisy. No capitalization of his noble birth. Just peace, peace and peace.
The Quran captured the event:
" Relate in the Book (the story of) Mary, when she withdrew from her family to a place in the East. * She placed a screen (to screen herself) from them; then We sent her our angel, and he appeared before her as a man in all respects. * She said: "I seek refuge from thee to ((Allah)) Most Gracious: (come not near) if thou dost fear Allah." * He said: "Nay, I am only a messenger from thy Lord, (to announce) to thee the gift of a holy son. * She said: "How shall I have a son, seeing that no man has touched me, and I am not unchaste?" * He said: "So (it will be): Thy Lord saith, 'that is easy for Me: and (We wish) to appoint him as a Sign unto men and a Mercy from Us': It is a matter (so) decreed." * So she conceived him, and she retired with him to a remote place. * And the pains of childbirth drove her to the trunk of a palm-tree: She cried (in her anguish): "Ah! would that I had died before this! would that I had been a thing forgotten and out of sight!" * But (a voice) cried to her from beneath the (palm-tree): "Grieve not! for thy Lord hath provided a rivulet beneath thee; * "And shake towards thyself the trunk of the palm-tree: It will let fall fresh ripe dates upon thee. * "So eat and drink and cool (thine) eye. And if thou dost see any man, say, 'I have vowed a fast to ((Allah)) Most Gracious, and this day will I enter into not talk with any human being'" * At length she brought the (babe) to her people, carrying him (in her arms). They said: "O Mary! truly an amazing thing hast thou brought! * "O sister of Aaron! Thy father was not a man of evil, nor thy mother a woman unchaste!" * But she pointed to the babe. They said: "How can we talk to one who is a child in the cradle?" * He said: "I am indeed a servant of Allah. He hath given me revelation and made me a prophet; * "And He hath made me blessed wheresoever I be, and hath enjoined on me Prayer and Charity as long as I live; * "(He) hath made me kind to my mother, and not overbearing or miserable; * "So peace is on me the day I was born, the day that I die, and the day that I shall be raised up to life (again)"! * Such (was) Jesus the son of Mary: (it is) a statement of truth, about which they (vainly) dispute. * It is not befitting to (the majesty of) Allah that He should beget a son. Glory be to Him! when He determines a matter, He only says to it, "Be", and it is. * Verily Allah is my Lord and your Lord: Him therefore serve ye: this is a Way that is straight. * But the sects differ among themselves: and woe to the unbelievers because of the (coming) Judgment of a Momentous Day!" Q19/16-27
Jesus –peace be upon him, has in many explicable forms and parables explained his 'second coming' as the Day of Resurrection, the day he will be brought to life again. The day no man, no angle knows except God. "Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh. For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods. M't:25:13-14. On that day, people on the right will enter paradise and those on the left will be condemned to hell "And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal." M't:25:46:
On that same day, the Quran again captured the scenario:
"And behold! Allah will say: "O Jesus the son of Mary! Didst thou say unto men, worship me and my mother as gods in derogation of Allah.?" He will say: "Glory to Thee! never could I say what I had no right (to say). Had I said such a thing, thou wouldst indeed have known it. Thou knowest what is in my heart, Thou I know not what is in Thine. For Thou knowest in full all that is hidden. * "Never said I to them aught except what Thou didst command me to say, to wit, 'worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord'; and I was a witness over them whilst I dwelt amongst them; when Thou didst take me up Thou wast the Watcher over them, and Thou art a witness to all things. * "If Thou dost punish them, they are Thy servant: If Thou dost forgive them, Thou art the Exalted in power, the Wise." * Allah will say: "This is a day on which the truthful will profit from their truth: theirs are gardens, with rivers flowing beneath,- their eternal Home: Allah well-pleased with them, and they with Allah. That is the great salvation, (the fulfilment of all desires). * To Allah doth belong the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all that is therein, and it is He Who hath power over all things. Q5/116-120.
On that day Jesus- peace be upon him- will deny any knowledge of calling people to worship him or even being worshiped at all which also indicated he had a peaceful death with no fanfare. No noise. No extravagancy. No fakeness. No hypocrisy and no capitalization of his peaceful demise. Just peace, peace and peace until he is resurrected again on the Day of Judgment which no man knows.
This exclusive powerful message of the Quran has been irresistibly belligerent to almost the whole Christian sects and many Muslim exegetists because of the misinterpretations or/and misrepresentation of some biblical texts and some authenticated hadith narrations. But the truth remains one. And God knows the best! Jesus has been in peace the day he was born, the day he dies and the day he will be resurrected! Three anonymous peaceful days!
May we all remain in Peace! Amin.

Wenn euch Nicht-Muslime zu Weihnachten oder Silvester gratulieren, dann sagt ihnen auf beste art und weise, zb so mache ich es: Oh ich feiere nicht :) , ich bin Muslim :) aber ich wünsche ihnen allgemein alles gute.
Weihnachten oder Silvester feiern ist Haram, und das hat nichts mit Toleranz zutun das zu feiern oder das zu beglückwünschen, wir mischen uns nicht ein wenn das andere machen aber wir heißen das nicht gut weil einen Sohn Gottes zu feiern ist Shirk, aber wir sind trotzdem gut zu den Menschen und nett wir sind tolerant in dem wir auf beste art und weise beleiben und sie zu nichts zwingen aber als MUSLIM dürfen wir das nicht feiern keiner der feste, die nicht aus dem Islam kommen erst recht keine die auch noch Shirk oder anderen Religiösen Hintergründe haben, ihr braucht auch gar nicht Diskutieren nur weil ihr eurem eignen Nafs (Ego) folgen wollt, nur weil ihr das tuen wollt sucht ihr euch ein weg aber es ist ganz klar von Allah azza wa jalla verboten! Die beweise haben wir geliefert und wer unter euch das leugnet der kann dies auch 100 mal Allah azza wa jalla wir euch zur Rechtschaffenheit ziehen denn Er hat es Verboten.
Was Allah sagt steht über euer aller Worte also ich braucht mir hier nichts sagen ER hat es verboten und was Er sagt gilt, und wer Allah azza wa jalla wirklich liebt und ein wahrer Muslim ist der hört auf Ihn und würde niemals zu sowas wie weihnachten feiern oder gratulieren und Silvester feiern und dazu Gratulieren.
Ich weiß doch selber wies ist, ich hab auch damals gefeiert aber ich hab es angenommen als ich die beweise sah, Allah azza wa jalla ist doch viel wichtiger, als Muslime müssen wir den Islam richtig repräsentieren und das tuen ganz sicher nicht die Art Muslime die Weihnachten feiern oder dazu Gratulieren oder Silvester oder andere Unislamische Feiertage feiern.

Muslims in Kashmir are treated as worst than any other creatures on this world by the Hindu Indian Army. Syria is a Hot topic every where but what about Muslims of Kashmir who are suffering from the greatest oppression of Hindu India for the past more than 65 years.
For the past 65 years the Hindu Fanatical Indian Army has Killed, Raped, Tortured, Humiliated, Millions of Muslims in Kashmir. Even the kids are not left. So much oppression. So much oppression. So much oppression.
But we don't see much slogans and voices from the Muslim world for Kashmiri Muslims like there is voice & slogans raised for the Palestinian and Syrian Muslims.
Why.. ? Why only Pakistan is interested in Liberating Indian Occupied Kashmir ?
Waiting for Fatwa from the United Nations Security Council or from the White House of Washington DC?
because they are not ARAB's ?
The Kashmiri Muslims are not ARABS.
They don't belong to the Right Skin.
They don't belong to the Right Blood.
They don't belong to the Right Soil.
This is Racism and Jaahiliyaa!

ان الغرب، وعلى رأسه أميركا، يعلن صراحة حربه ضد الإسلاميين العاملين لإقامة دولة الخلافة، فعلى المسلمين جميعاً أن يعلنوا صراحة، وبكل قوة أنهم مع إقامة دين ربهم امتثالاً لقوله تعالى: ( أَنْ أَقِيمُوا الدِّينَ وَلَا تَتَفَرَّقُوا). ومع العمل لإقامة شرع الله مع الجماعة التي قامت امتثالاً لأمر الله تعالى في قوله: ( وَلْتَكُنْ مِنْكُمْ أُمَّةٌ يَدْعُونَ إِلَى الْخَيْرِ وَيَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ ) فنحن على حق وهم على باطل ( ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ مَوْلَى الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا وَأَنَّ الْكَافِرِينَ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُمْ ).

Why not use that negative media story to start a dawah conversation at work, university or even with your neighbour?! Dawah tip of the day: Are you annoyed and frustrated with always hearing and seeing negative media on Islam and Muslims? Why not use that negative media story to start a dawah conversation at work, university or even with your neighbour?! For example: "Hey James, I was reading the news paper this morning and they were talking about the two men who killed the soldier in Woolwich. It is really sad because many people reading that article will start seeing Islam and Muslims negatively. Tell me something, and be honest when you hear the word Islam what comes to your mind? Unfortunately many people do not really know what Islam is so the only thing they know about Islam is what they see in the media. What do you know about Islam? Do you have a faith that you follow yourself? Do you believe in a God? James consider this... The universe could not have come from nothing. So there must have been a creator that put us into existence. That creator must have had an amazing amount of power and intelligence because it was able to put this universe into existence. Also the creator did not just leave us alone. He sent guidance to mankind throughout history by sending us revelation such as the Torah, the Gospels and the last of the revelations is the Quran. He also chose people who had amazing righteous character to guide people on how they should live their lives. This included people like Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Mohammad who all spread the same message to humanity, which was that we should all follow the guidance given by the creator of the universe. And there will be a day of judgement were we will stand in front of our creator who will ask us how we lived our life and if we following the creators guidance. If we followed the creators guidance we will be entered into paradise or if we rejected the creator and his guidance we will be entered into hell. This is the simple message of Islam. Aslam walikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu Today's topic is on music. Before you read the ayats, first read about why it was revealed: When these ayats were being revealed, Muhammad (SAW) was preaching the Deen/dawah/Islam. There was a man called Nazar bin Haras was among the musrekeen (disbelievers). He had a maid who used to sing songs all the time. Whenever Muhammad (SAW) used to preach Islam, then Nazar used to bring his maid and make her sing grabbing people's attention. He used to tell people that Muhammad (SAW) tells you stories of the prophets, tell you to pray give zakat, which makes you sad. But thy should come to him because he will tell stories about kings who were rich and brave and would listen to the music that Willard them happy. Slowly people started to go to him and listen to his stories as well as listen to the music played by his maid. Also Muhammad (SAW) was left alone. As a result Allah revealed this ayats telling people that music is forbidden becaus music is the work of satan and of they listen to the Quran then they would be closer to Allah. It has been revealed in Surat Luqman the first nine ayats: Allah says " Alif¬Lâm¬Mîm [These letters are one of the miracles of the Qur'ân, and none but Allâh (Alone) knows their meanings.]. These are Verses of the Wise Book (the Qur'ân). A guidance and mercy for those who are good in their deeds Those who perform As¬Salât (Iqamat¬as- Salât) and give Zakât and they have faith in the Hereafter with certainty. It is these who are on guidance given by their Lord, and it is just these who are successful. And of mankind is he who purchases idle talks (i.e.music, singing, etc.) to mislead (men) from the Path of Allâh without knowledge, and takes it (the Path of Allâh, or the Verses of the Qur'ân) by way of mockery. For such there will be a humiliating torment (in the Hell-fire) And when Our verses are recited to him, he turns away in arrogance, as if he did not hear them, as if there is heaviness in his ears. So give him the 'good' news of a painful punishment. Verily, those who believe (in Islâmic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, for them are Gardens of Delight (Paradise). Therein they will be abiders: a true promise of Allah. And He is the Mighty, the Wise. My dear brothers and sisters the Allah clearly tells us in the Quran that music is not something that is likeable and it would only lead to the hellfire. What can be more heart-warming than the beautiful words of Allah that is recited in amazing voices. You get the same reward by listening to a Quran recitation as the reciter but increase your bad deeds if you listen to wasteful, useless and dislike able music. What will we say to Allah on the day of judgement? He will ask us how we spent our time in this world and what will we say " we spent our time by wasting it" or " I was too busy to do ebada or I was too lazy to do so then I listen to music. Once again brothers and sisters the day of judgement is coming near because so many signs are passing by (I will discuss this topic very soon inshallah) but only has the knowledge of everything. It is still not too late return to Allah because Allah loves those who repent and ask forgiveness.. Hadith Sahih bukhari The instruments of music that is being used then the user does a bad deed. Those who sit and listen to the music then they had done the greatest sins. Those who gets happy from listening to the music, they are a parting from the religion of Islam. Muhammad (SAW) says" when a musician dies do not pray janaza for them. if a person wants to do so then they should be an ordinary man with only 2-3 people and buried as soon as possible. Allah says" whenever you see a bad deed, you should stop it with your hands. If you can't then try to stop it with your tongue. If you can't the say that it is bad in your heart which then is among the weakest Iman."

I was born into Islam, converted to Christianity per my mom's influence when I was 10. Converted back to Islam when I was 32 per my hearts request! But I'd be darn if I condemn Christians, Catholics, etc. About their celebrating Christmas. Allah (swt) is the judge NOT ME! I am Beyond blessed to have found my way back to Islam...A peaceful way of life. I pray for my loved ones everyday and if the time for one on one dawah presents itself I will give it. I'm not compromising my belief because I'm not CONDEMNING Christmas or those who celebrate it! We live in AMERICA, FREE TO PRACTICE WHATEVER WE CHOOSE! I'm mentally tired of reading Muslims and other religious folks news feeds arguing about this day!!! This does not help, it only pushes people away!!! IJS #mypostmyopinion

Dawah tip of the day: Are you annoyed and frustrated with always hearing and seeing negative media on Islam and Muslims? Why not use that negative media story to start a dawah conversation at work, university or even with your neighbour?! For example: "Hey James, I was reading the news paper this morning and they were talking about the two men who killed the soldier in Woolwich. It is really sad because many people reading that article will start seeing Islam and Muslims negatively. Tell me something, and be honest when you hear the word Islam what comes to your mind? Unfortunately many people do not really know what Islam is so the only thing they know about Islam is what they see in the media. What do you know about Islam? Do you have a faith that you follow yourself? Do you believe in a God? James consider this... The universe could not have come from nothing. So there must have been a creator that put us into existence. That creator must have had an amazing amount of power and intelligence because it was able to put this universe into existence. Also the creator did not just leave us alone. He sent guidance to mankind throughout history by sending us revelation such as the Torah, the Gospels and the last of the revelations is the Quran. He also chose people who had amazing righteous character to guide people on how they should live their lives. This included people like Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Mohammad who all spread the same message to humanity, which was that we should all follow the guidance given by the creator of the universe. Gewiß, dein Herr weiß, daß du etwas weniger als zwei Drittel der Nacht (zum Gebet) aufstehst, oder die Hälfte oder ein Drittel davon, und (ebenso) ein Teil von denjenigen, die mit dir sind. Und Allah setzt das Maß der Nacht und des Tages fest. Er weiß, daß ihr es nicht erfassen würdet'. Da wandte Er Sich euch zu und erließ es euch. So lest (bei Nacht), was euch vom Qur'an leichtfällt. Er weiß, daß es unter euch Kranke geben wird und andere, die im Land umherreisen, wo sie nach (etwas) von Allahs Huld trachten, und (wieder) andere, die auf Allahs Weg kämpfen. So lest davon, was euch leichtfällt, und verrichtet das Gebet und entrichtet die Abgabe und gebt Allah ein gutes Darlehen. Und was ihr für euch selbst an Gutem vorausschickt, das werdet ihr noch besser und großartiger belohnt bei Allah finden. Und bittet Allah um Vergebung. Gewiß, Allah ist Allvergebend und Barmherzig.
