Wie die Zeitung Times of India und andere Medien am Freitag berichteten, sagte eine 20-Jährige bei der Polizei in Karaikal aus, sie sei an Weihnachten von drei Männern entführt worden, als sie sich mit Freunden Sehenswürdigkeiten der südindischen Hafenstadt angeschaut habe. Einer der Männer habe sie an einem abgelegenen Ort vergewaltigt und danach freigelassen. Als sie um Hilfe rief, habe eine Gruppe von sieben Männer sie angegriffen und verschleppt. Sechs der sieben Männer hätten die Frau dann ebenfalls vergewaltigt, berichtete die Times of India. Eine Polizeisprecherin sagte gegenüber Medienvertretern, es gebe in dem Fall ein Opfer und 15 Beschuldigte. Drei von ihnen seien noch auf der Flucht, die übrigen seien festgenommen worden. Dem Zeitungsbericht zufolge waren die Verdächtigen der Polizei bereits wegen früherer Fälle von Entführung, Vergewaltigung und Einschüchterung bekannt. Der Sender CNN-IBN TV berichtete, das Opfer sei in ein Krankenhaus gebracht worden." All Praises to the Almighty who chose us to be a part of some good. Street Dawah Delhi together with YES! for Islam and UNITED UMMAH spent the 25th of December in Muzzafar-Nagar visiting and speaking to our brother and sisters living in the various camps around the riot hit area. AlhamdulilLAAH, by the Grace of Allah (SWT) and the prayers of everyone, within (about) a week, we were able to collect money and material that was sufficient for complete three trucks of warm clothes, food and livelihood provisions which was distributed in various camps by about 20 volunteers of the three groups and individuals who joined us from various cities working together for the cause. Based on reports of local individuals, other groups that partner with us and our assessment of multiple visits of the complete area it is perceived that the current situation of the area does not warrant the need for any immediate further supply of warm clothes and basic amenities like clothes, food, blankets etc. . . What they require now is counseling, motivation and support to be self-sufficient in the time to come and regain the self-belief that has been crumpled. And of course all the duas that we can make. We are really grateful to the Almighty for choosing us for something that we were not even good enough to think of doing and hope that this small and incomplete effort is accepted. Jazak Allah Khair to all the brothers and sisters who supported us in the process and trusting us to represent them in Muzafar-Nagar. The last one week was unbelievable with the sisters and brothers working continuously from all over the country to help our families in Muzzafar-Nagar. It would not be an understatement to say that we exceeded our planned collections by multifold. And Indeed Allah (SWT) is the Best of Planners and chooses for His work whom He Wills. May Allah (SWT) accept all the efforts by everyone. We occasionally get asked why we show the image of the Dome of the Rock (Qubbat as Sukhra) when we are discussing or promoting the issue of Masjid al-Aqsa. It is asserted that this causes confusion in people's minds about what Masjid al-Aqsa actually refers to. This response intends to help resolve the confusion. Answer: Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem Limitless is He (Allah) Who took His servant for a journey by night from the Sacred Masjid (in Makkah) to al-Aqsa Masjid (in Jerusalem), whose precincts We have blessed, in order that We might show him some of Our Signs: for He is the One Who hears and sees (all things). [Al-Isra 17:1] Our love and dedication to the heritage of Masjid al-Aqsa is inspired by verses of the Holy Qur'an, from numerous ahadith and historical events that took place there. The relevant text in the passage is "Whose precincts We have blessed". It is clear from this verse that Allah (swt) has blessed the land of Masjid al-Aqsa. Further to this, the "blessed land" under the Islamic ethos means land associated with barakah – the land over which Allah (swt) has endowed spiritual and physical blessings from which all of humanity can derive benefit. The barakah also extends to the people who reside within this land, on condition that they confirm to the commands of Allah (swt), i.e., practice Islam. Therefore, when we refer to 'Masjid al-Aqsa' it is not to any of the specific buildings upon the land, but rather, the land itself upon which the Dome of the Rock and the black/grey domed masjid stand. These buildings have historic significance for Muslims, however, they were built some time after the passing of the beloved Prophet (saw). According to Islamic teachings, ALL the buildings within al-Aqsa Sanctuary and the entirety of the land are sacred right down to every single grain of sand within it. Allah (swt) reminds us in the Holy Qur'an that He has blessed the land for us. Thus, references to the al-Aqsa Sanctuary/Masjid al-Aqsa are interchangable terms, and neither refers to the grey/black domed building within the land which is routinely referred to as Masjid al-Aqsa but should be Masallah al-Aqsa (Qibly). It is this common usage of terms that has confused people. The boundaries of this "blessed land" are not clear and there are differences of opinion about its exact extent. Some classical Islamic scholars of the Qur'an and a hadith including Ibn Kathir, al-Qurtubi and Ibn al-Jawzi consider the whole area of al-Sham (modern day Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Palestine) as blessed. Other interpreters believe that the blessed land is contiguous from the Hijaz (Saudi Arabia) through al-Sham to Egypt. A further, and maybe a more logical opinion, is that within the area of the modern Middle East, there are pockets of "blessed land" like the compound of al-Aqsa Sanctuary, the Prophet's (saw) Masjid in Madinah and the Holy Masjid in Makkah. However, in all the opinions on the extent of the "blessed land", al-Aqsa Sanctuary is included. Having established the fact that it is the land that is Blessed we move to our next point: Who constructed or commissioned the buildings within the Al-Aqsa Sanctuary? The city of al-Quds (Jerusalem) now extends over a 45 square kilometre area. Within al-Quds, there is the 'old city' where major historical events took place and within the old city on the southeast corner is the area referred to as al-Haram al-Sharif or al-Aqsa Sanctuary. Al-Aqsa Sanctuary covers an area of approximately 35 acres and within this area, at the southern end, is the black/grey domed Masjid the Masallah al-Aqsa (Qibly); in the centre lies the golden domed Masjid, Qubbat al-Sakhrah (Dome of the Rock) and there are within al-Aqsa Sanctuary 42 other monuments and buildings. It has become common practice to refer to the whole area simply as al-Haram al-Sharif (al-Aqsa Sanctuary) and the black domed Masjid as 'Masjid al-Aqsa'. Building of Masjid al-Aqsa When the first Caliph 'Umar (ra) entered al-Quds (Jerusalem) he requested first to be taken to al-Haram al-Sharif (al-Aqsa Sanctuary). When he arrived there, he was laden with sorrow to see that the Romans had been using the Holy Sanctuary as a rubbish tip. He immediately began clearing of the site, and once cleared, he ordered the construction of a Masjid at the southern end of the sanctuary. This was originally a wooden structure and was later re-built as a solid structure by 'Abd al-Malik's son al-Walid (Caliph 705-715). Today, the black dome of Masallah al-Aqsa (Qibly) stands there. Qubbat al-Sakhrah (Dome of the Rock) The Umayyad Caliph, 'Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan commissioned the building of the Qubbat al-Sakhrah (Dome of the Rock) in 72-73 AH (691-692). The reason for building this architectural wonder of the world has drawn many hypotheses. However, to most Muslims it is logical for such an endeavour of magnificence to have taken place in al-Quds (Jerusalem). As it is the site of the most miraculous event in the life of the Prophet Muhammad (saw) – al-Isra wa al-Mi'raj –coupled with the many ahadith exalting the virtues of al-Aqsa Sanctuary and the fact that it is mentioned in the Holy Qur'an. 'Abd al-Malik, himself a renowned jurist, being aware of all these great virtues, decided to commemorate the Islamic heritage of the area, and undertook the grand project of building the magnificent dome over the rock. It is extremely important to appreciate that it is the land of al-Haram al-Sharif (al-Aqsa Sanctuary) that is the most precious and blessed. When the Holy Qur'an (in Surah al-Isra') refers to Masjid al-Aqsa (meaning a place of prostration), it is this land of al-Haram al-Sharif (al-Aqsa Sanctuary) that is implied and not any of the buildings. Therefore, all the buildings that stand within the al-Aqsa Sanctuary are all of equal worth and importance, including the black domed Masallah al-Aqsa (Qibly) and golden Dome of the Rock (Qubbat al-Sakhrah), however, one must understand it is the land that is Holy and Blessed and not the bricks and mortar. We occasionally get asked why we show the image of the Dome of the Rock (Qubbat as Sukhra) when we are discussing or promoting the issue of Masjid al-Aqsa. It is asserted that this causes confusion in people's minds about what Masjid al-Aqsa actually refers to. This response intends to help resolve the confusion. Answer: Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem Limitless is He (Allah) Who took His servant for a journey by night from the Sacred Masjid (in Makkah) to al-Aqsa Masjid (in Jerusalem), whose precincts We have blessed, in order that We might show him some of Our Signs: for He is the One Who hears and sees (all things). [Al-Isra 17:1] Our love and dedication to the heritage of Masjid al-Aqsa is inspired by verses of the Holy Qur'an, from numerous ahadith and historical events that took place there. The relevant text in the passage is "Whose precincts We have blessed". It is clear from this verse that Allah (swt) has blessed the land of Masjid al-Aqsa. Further to this, the "blessed land" under the Islamic ethos means land associated with barakah – the land over which Allah (swt) has endowed spiritual and physical blessings from which all of humanity can derive benefit. The barakah also extends to the people who reside within this land, on condition that they confirm to the commands of Allah (swt), i.e., practice Islam. Therefore, when we refer to 'Masjid al-Aqsa' it is not to any of the specific buildings upon the land, but rather, the land itself upon which the Dome of the Rock and the black/grey domed masjid stand. These buildings have historic significance for Muslims, however, they were built some time after the passing of the beloved Prophet (saw). According to Islamic teachings, ALL the buildings within al-Aqsa Sanctuary and the entirety of the land are sacred right down to every single grain of sand within it. Allah (swt) reminds us in the Holy Qur'an that He has blessed the land for us. Thus, references to the al-Aqsa Sanctuary/Masjid al-Aqsa are interchangable terms, and neither refers to the grey/black domed building within the land which is routinely referred to as Masjid al-Aqsa but should be Masallah al-Aqsa (Qibly). It is this common usage of terms that has confused people. The boundaries of this "blessed land" are not clear and there are differences of opinion about its exact extent. Some classical Islamic scholars of the Qur'an and a hadith including Ibn Kathir, al-Qurtubi and Ibn al-Jawzi consider the whole area of al-Sham (modern day Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Palestine) as blessed. Other interpreters believe that the blessed land is contiguous from the Hijaz (Saudi Arabia) through al-Sham to Egypt. A further, and maybe a more logical opinion, is that within the area of the modern Middle East, there are pockets of "blessed land" like the compound of al-Aqsa Sanctuary, the Prophet's (saw) Masjid in Madinah and the Holy Masjid in Makkah. However, in all the opinions on the extent of the "blessed land", al-Aqsa Sanctuary is included. Having established the fact that it is the land that is Blessed we move to our next point: Who constructed or commissioned the buildings within the Al-Aqsa Sanctuary? The city of al-Quds (Jerusalem) now extends over a 45 square kilometre area. Within al-Quds, there is the 'old city' where major historical events took place and within the old city on the southeast corner is the area referred to as al-Haram al-Sharif or al-Aqsa Sanctuary. Al-Aqsa Sanctuary covers an area of approximately 35 acres and within this area, at the southern end, is the black/grey domed Masjid the Masallah al-Aqsa (Qibly); in the centre lies the golden domed Masjid, Qubbat al-Sakhrah (Dome of the Rock) and there are within al-Aqsa Sanctuary 42 other monuments and buildings. It has become common practice to refer to the whole area simply as al-Haram al-Sharif (al-Aqsa Sanctuary) and the black domed Masjid as 'Masjid al-Aqsa'. Building of Masjid al-Aqsa When the first Caliph 'Umar (ra) entered al-Quds (Jerusalem) he requested first to be taken to al-Haram al-Sharif (al-Aqsa Sanctuary). When he arrived there, he was laden with sorrow to see that the Romans had been using the Holy Sanctuary as a rubbish tip. He immediately began clearing of the site, and once cleared, he ordered the construction of a Masjid at the southern end of the sanctuary. This was originally a wooden structure and was later re-built as a solid structure by 'Abd al-Malik's son al-Walid (Caliph 705-715). Today, the black dome of Masallah al-Aqsa (Qibly) stands there. Qubbat al-Sakhrah (Dome of the Rock) The Umayyad Caliph, 'Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan commissioned the building of the Qubbat al-Sakhrah (Dome of the Rock) in 72-73 AH (691-692). The reason for building this architectural wonder of the world has drawn many hypotheses. However, to most Muslims it is logical for such an endeavour of magnificence to have taken place in al-Quds (Jerusalem). As it is the site of the most miraculous event in the life of the Prophet Muhammad (saw) – al-Isra wa al-Mi'raj –coupled with the many ahadith exalting the virtues of al-Aqsa Sanctuary and the fact that it is mentioned in the Holy Qur'an. 'Abd al-Malik, himself a renowned jurist, being aware of all these great virtues, decided to commemorate the Islamic heritage of the area, and undertook the grand project of building the magnificent dome over the rock. It is extremely important to appreciate that it is the land of al-Haram al-Sharif (al-Aqsa Sanctuary) that is the most precious and blessed. When the Holy Qur'an (in Surah al-Isra') refers to Masjid al-Aqsa (meaning a place of prostration), it is this land of al-Haram al-Sharif (al-Aqsa Sanctuary) that is implied and not any of the buildings. Therefore, all the buildings that stand within the al-Aqsa Sanctuary are all of equal worth and importance, including the black domed Masallah al-Aqsa (Qibly) and golden Dome of the Rock (Qubbat al-Sakhrah), however, one must understand it is the land that is Holy and Blessed and not the bricks and mortar. Aus diesem Grund dient er Allah demütig und ist bestrebt, seine Zufriedenheit und Zuneigung in diesem Leben und im Jenseits zu erlangen. Dies wird ihn anregen, seine religiösen Pflichten ernsthaft zu erfüllen, er wird Freude daran finden, Allah zu loben und preisen, und er wird in der ständigen Erinnerung Allahs Ruhe finden. Ein solcher Mensch ist gut von seinen Taten und Aussagen her. Er verdient das Lob und die Anerkennung anderer guter Menschen, und kümmert sich nicht um die undankbaren schlechten Menschen, welche die Religion verleugnen und sich über das Bemühen des frommen Menschen lustig machen. Er folgt dem Weg der Gesandten Allahs und in allem, was er sagt oder tut, sucht er Allahs Gunst zu erlan- gen. Wo auch immer er arbeitet, bemüht er sich, die Produktion zu steigern, um dem Islam und den Musli- mem zu dienen, und er weiß, dass Allah ihn für seine Ernsthaftigkeit und seine gute Absicht belohnen wird und dass sein Verdienst, der ihn und seine Fami- lie unterstützt, von Allah gesegnet ist. Diese Art des Lebens sichert die Ehre und vervoll- ständigt die Zufriedenheit des Menschen. Er kann alle erlaubten Vergnügungen ohne Übertreibung genießen, er kann Frau und Kinder haben, die Allah dienen,die Zahl der guten Muslime vermehren und die nach dem Tod ihres Vaters seine Aufgabe fortsetzen. Blogtrottr <busybee@blogtrottr.com> Dec 28 09:06AM   Muslim of INDIAs Facebook-Pinnwand   Muslim of INDIAs Facebook-Pinnwand   ایک شخص کے ہاں صرف بیٹیاں تھیں ہر مرتبہ اس کو امید ہوتی کہ اب تو بیٹا پیدا ہوگا... http://www.facebook.com/muslimofindi/posts/800688126613539 Dec 28th 2013, 08:37   ‫ایک شخص کے ہاں صرف بیٹیاں تھیں ہر مرتبہ اس کو امید ہوتی کہ اب تو بیٹا پیدا ہوگا مگر ہر بار بیٹی ہی پیدا ہوتی اس طرح اس کے ہاں یکے بعد دیگرے چھ بیٹیاں ہوگئیں اس کی بیوی کے ہاں پھر ولادت متوقع تھی وہ ڈر رہا تھا کہ کہیں پھر لڑکی پیدا نہ ہو جائے شیطان نے اس کو بہکایا چناں چہ اس نے ارداہ کرلیا کہ اب بھی لڑکی پیدا ہوئی تو وہ اپنی بیوی کو طلاق دے دے گا۔ اس کی کج فہمی پر غور کریں بھلا اس میں بیوی کا کیا قصور۔ رات کو سویا تو اس نے عجیب وغریب خواب دیکھا اس نے دیکھا کہ قیامت برپا ہو چکی ہے اس کے گناہ بہت زیادہ ہیں جن کے سبب اس پر جہنم واجب ہوچکی ہے۔ لہٰذا فرشتوں نے اس کو پکڑا اور جہنم کی طرف لےگئے پہلے دروازے پر گئے۔ تو دیکھا کہ اس کی ایک بیٹی وہاں کھڑی تھی جس نے اسے جہنم میں جانے سے روک دیا۔ فرشتے اسے لے کر دوسرے دروازے پر چلے گئے وہاں اس کی دوسری بیٹی کھڑی تھی جو اس کے لئے آڑ بن گئی۔ اب وہ تیسرے دروازے پر اسے لے گئے وہاں تیسری لڑکی کھڑی تھی جو رکاو ٹ بن گئی۔ اس طرح فرشتے جس دروازے پر اس کو لے کر جاتے وہاں اس کی ایک بیٹی کھڑی ہوتی جو اس کا دفاع کرتی اور جہنم میں جانے سے روک دیتی۔ غرض یہ کہ فرشتے اسے جہنم کے چھ دروازوں پر لے کر گئے مگر ہر دروازے پر اس کی کوئی نہ کوئی بیٹی رکاوٹ بنتی چلی گئی۔ اب ساتواں دروازہ باقی تھا فرشتے اس کو لے کر اس دروازے کی طرف چل دیئے اس پر گھبراہٹ طاری ہوئی کہ اس دروازے پر میرے لئے رکاوٹ کون بنے گا اسے معلوم ہوگیا کہ جو نیت اس نے کی تھی غلط تھی وہ شیطان کے بہکاوے میں آگیا تھا۔ انتہائی پریشانی اور خوف ودہشت کے عالم میں اس کی آنکھ کھل چکی تھی اور اس نے رب العزت کے حضور اپنے ہاتھوں کو بلند کیا اور دعا کی۔ اے اللہ مجھے ساتویں بیٹی عطا فرما۔ اس لئے جن لوگوں کا قضا وقدر پر ایمان ہے انہیں لڑکیوں کی پیدائش پر رنجیدہ خاطر ہونے کی بجائے خوش ہونا چائیے ایمان کی کمزوری کے سبب جن بد عقیدہ لوگوں کا یہ تصور بن چکا ہے کہ لڑکیوں کی پیدائش کا سبب ان کی بیویاں ہیں یہ سرا سر غلط ہے اس میں بیویوں کا یا خود ان کا کوئی عمل دخل نہیں بلکہ میاں بیوی تو صرف ایک ذریعہ ہیں پیدا کرنے والی ہستی تو صرف اللہ وحدہ لاشریک لہ ہے وہی جس کو چاہتا ہے لڑکا دیتا ہے جس کو چاہتا ہے لڑکی دیتا ہے جس کو چاہتا ہے لڑکے اور لڑکیاں ملا کر دیتا ہے اور جس کو چاہتا ہے بانجھ بنا دیتا ہے ایسی صورت میں ہر مسلمان پر واجب ہے اللہ تعالی کی قضا وقدر پر راضی ہو اللہ تعالی نے سورہ شوری میں ارشاد فرمایا ہے؛ )ترجمہ(آسمانوں کی اور زمین کی سلطنت اللہ تعالی ہی کے لئے ہے وہ جو چاہتا ہے پیدا کرتا ہے جس کو چاہتا ہے بیٹیاں دیتا ہے اور جسے چاہتا ہے بیٹے دیتا ہے یا پھر لڑکے اور لڑکیاں ملا جلا کر دیتا ہے اور جسے چاہتا ہے بانجھ کر دیتا ہے وہ بڑے علم والا اور کامل قدرت والا ہے۔ Post ‬Nasiruddin Khan       You are receiving this email because you subscribed to this feed at https://blogtrottr.com   If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe here: https://blogtrottr.com/unsubscribe/9pm/nvZhwr    Fear-Allahs Facebook-Pinnwand: Wir gehören Allah und zu Ihm kehren wir zurück! Ansaar International ist momentan in Syrien, Somalia ,Pattani, Marokko, Burma , Indonesien, Libanon,Afghanistan,Ghana,Palästina und Deutschland tätig und bietet euch alhamdullilah viele Wege zu großem Lohn. Wir bauen Moscheen, Qur'an Schulen, Waisenhäuser und Brunnen ,leisten Nothilfe für Witwen & Flüchtlinge und Hilfelose , haben hunderte Waisenkinder in Patenschaften, führen die Waisenschulen und Fördern die Bildung , betreuen ein Altersheim, Kriegsopfer und zwei Waisenhäuser . Wir betreiben aktive Nothilfe für Geschwister in Kriegsgebieten und liefern dort hin alles was nötig ist vom Krankenwagen bis zur Medizin und Lebensmitteln.
